Welcome to the Country Club! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental is located in the heart of south Cape Coral. The house is newly renovated with brand new furniture and fully equipped. The pool area offers absolute privacy wit huge palm trees all around. The pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill await your use. Just minutes from Fort Myers, the Cape Coral Yacht Club, and Cape Harbor. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are 20 minutes away from the house. Come enjoy the house Country Club!

The yard is 1/2 fenced and the other 1/2 is lined with dense palm trees, creating a natural barrier. It is not fully fenced.

Loved the open space in the house, patio, hot tub and plenty of beach toys and sifting tools for shell hunting, goggles and snorkels. Everything was extremely clean and great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

Great family getaway

The home was very clean and comfortable. We are a family of five, and it was the perfect space for us. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot! The pool isn’t heated though, so it was too chilly for us parents. The location of the home is very convenient and easily accessible to Fort Myers. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!

Pool! Hot tub! Space! Dog Allowed! Yay!

Found this little gem which was perfect for us to grab 3 spring training games in a week. We were able to make a leisurely breakfast, get to a game then cook a meal together before we jumped into the pool or the hot tub. Not super fancy but very very practical. The garage and laundry were a big plus. Thanks!

Great vacation!!

We had a great time in this lovely home, very cozy and clean. We were here in December so we didn’t get to use the pool as much but we did use the hot tub. We also used the washer/dryer and dishwasher, everything worked perfectly. Neighborhood was quiet. Definitely would recommend this house if you’re traveling with a group of people. Oh and the backyard is very private, with a fence and palm trees all around.

I would stay here again when the pool is warm during summer. I had some trouble with hot tub. But someone treated and cleaned it and turned the breaker on.

Very nice house

We stayed at this house for a week for our son's baseball tournament. The house was very nice especially for the pool. We did experience some issues with the house being too hot however the management came immediately to check the problem. During this time the temperatures were well into the 100's. Although the house was slightly hot management waived the cost of electricity and keeping the fans on during the day helped keeping the house cooler.

Wonderful getaway

This property was beautiful. We loved the location. We took daily walks with our dogs and we spotted many burrowing owls as well as the occasional bunny at night, The neighborhood was clean, quiet and friendly. The pool was great and we spent most mornings and several afternoons enjoying it. The backyard is beautiful and huge and the vegetation provides a lot of privacy. The house itself was very cute and cozy. The beds were super comfortable as well as the living room furniture. There are two TVs in the property, one in the living room and one in the dining room. I actually enjoyed the fact that there were no TVs in the bedrooms. Communication with Kevin was outstanding. We did not need much , but if we reached out to him he replied immediately. We brought our own pool toys. but there were plenty already at the location. The cleaning could have been better. Paper supplies, laundry detergent, etc. were limited, just enough to get you started before we bought our own. That was the biggest difference we noticed between other properties we have rented and this one, but not a deal breaker. Overall is a fantastic property at a great location and wonderful communication with owner/property manager.
