Large and pretty vacation home in the Etruscan Maremma, surrounded by acres of parkland with ancient olive trees.

Guests have at their disposal an 80 m² swimming pool and a hot thermal water pool and a comfortable sauna for 8 people. The use is exclusive and in complete privacy. In front of the accommodation there is a furnished veranda with a small outdoor kitchen and a stone barbecue for your outdoor meals. In the large outdoor area there are rest areas, a play area for children and a relaxation area for adults, everything you need for a perfect vacation. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts and offers air conditioning in all rooms, minibar and TV in all rooms, WI-FI. The property is fully fenced and pets are welcome. Covered parking on the property. The position of the country house is strategic in the rolling hills of the Canino area in Lazio- Maremma, famous for the production of extra virgin olive oil, about 500 m from thermal baths and 5 km from the archaeological park Vulci. Only 12 km from the sea and the fine sandy beach of Montalto di Castro and 25 km from the beaches of Pescia Romana. It is 29 km to Lake Bolsena and Tuscany is also nearby: The famous seaside resort of Ansedonia is 42 km away, Capalbio 29 km and Pitigliano 37 km.

The famous thermal baths of Saturnia are 50 km away and many interesting destinations are easily and quickly accessible.
