Nea Chora

Great location, well equipped, friendly owner. Negatives: unreliable supply of hot water, we didn't find a change of bed linen, no ironing board, poor lighting.

Thanks a lot for your review. For the points you mentioned as negative: Hot water takes a while since the solar water reservoir is on the roof. But as also mentioned in the description you have received prior arrival: We have a electric water supply which you can switch on in case water is not hot enough. You have booked an apartment without service. Bed linen and towels are given and can of course (if needed) be washed in the washing machine. We don't understand the poor lighting. We have lights everywhere even on the balconies. Please next time contact us for questions like this before mentioning it as bad reviews. Thanks a lot.

Very comfortable apartment

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, in excellent condition, and very functional. All the rooms are very nice with comfortable furniture. The front is on a busy street and can be noisy, but it did not bother us at all. The bedroom is in the back and very quiet. The bed is comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. Opening the the front and back balcony doors creates a very cooling breeze. The location is perfect. It is right behind the Hotel Christina with a nice view of the beach. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and the start of a beautiful boardwalk. The boardwalk follows the beach and has many very good restaurants. The walk to Old Town Chania is 20-30 minutes, follows the water, is very beautiful, and is quite a peaceful journey. We enjoyed the apartment and Chania very much!

Sehr schöne Wohnung dicht am Meer mit netter Nachbarschaft. Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Konditorei wenige Schritte entfernt. Am Meer entlang gibt es einen schönen Weg in die Altstadt, aber auch in den Tavernen um die Ecke sitzt man mit schönem Blick auf die Bucht. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ist allerdings eher etwas für den Kleinmietwagen, sonst ist es ein ziemliches Rumrangieren. Hat uns alles gut gefallen!

Fantastico soggiorno nella splendida Chania

L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito, comodo ed accogliente. Belli, nuovi e funzionali tutti gli arredi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 godendoci ogni suo spazio. E' situato vicino a tutti i servizi e al centro di Chania, una chicca tutta da scoprire raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Posizione strategica per visitare spiagge mozzafiato. Un grazie particolare a Liska e Jan, che oltre l'appartamento ci hanno dato ottimi consigli, molta disponibilità alle nostre richieste e totale supporto per un piccolo inconveniente che abbiamo avuto. Speriamo di tornare presto.

Appartement décoré avec goût, très propre, très bien équipé avec une des 2 terrasses vue mer, au calme. Appartement bien situé pour visiter les environs et la possibilité d'aller à pieds à la vieille ville en longeant la plage. Contact facile avec Liska

Appartement pour vacances ideales

Location rès bien située dans La Canée, vue sur mer, à 2 pas de la plage de sable fin, à 20 minutes à pied du port vénitien et enfin très pratique pour sortir de la ville pour les escapades. Tout le confort et même au delà de nos espérances. Liska est une hôte réactivive dans ses réponses et toute disponible si nécessaire. Nous recommandons vivement.

Superbe appartement sur la plage ! J’y retournerai et je vous le conseille vivement.

L’échange avec Liska, depuis la réservation Abritel jusque même après notre retour a été génial et amical. Merci mille fois Liska ! Superbe appartement : TOUT y est, dont des fiches renseignements sur l’appartement et même sur les choses à voir et les lieux de course ou les restaurants. Liska y met tout pour bien vous accueillir : jusqu’au café, petites bouteilles d’eau, grand et petit sac à dos, 2 sacs isothermes pour les piques-niques, masques et tubas, serviettes de douche et de plages, armoires pour vous, dont des cintres à pince et à chemises ou robes, grande glasse, machine à laver et lave-vaisselle avec leurs produits, fil de sèche linge sur la terrasse sud, et j’en oublie !!! Je n’ai eu qu’à réapprovisionner ce que j’ai consommé. L’appartement est impeccablement propre et il y a l’aspirateur et tous ce qu’il faut et les produits pour l’entretenir. L’appartement est hyper bien situé ! Au second avec ascenseur. Il est à une minute de la belle plage de Chania forcément ! Et a quelques minutes de tout, et du port vénitien, et du centre de Chania, c’est donc parfait de ne pas trop marcher quand il fait très chaud. Il est juste en face de la mer ! La vue sur la plage et la mer est magnifique ! Et cette terrasse au nord face à la mer est parfaite car elle moins chaude pour y petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner, il comprends donc 2 superbes terrasses : il y en a 1 autre grande au sud avec aussi une table et des chaises et puis même un canapé et 1 table basse ! La climatisation au niveau 1 fonctionne parfaitement suffisamment pour être bien au frais ! Très bon lit avec très bon matelas, et les oreillers et les couettes sont bien adaptées ! Très jolie décoration ! Bref c’est le paradis. Aude.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel

Rien ne manque dans l'appartement. Le balcon coté rue est un peu bruyant mais le 2ème coté mer est très agréable. Un parking auto très pratique. La mer très proche. Les restaurants et un fabriquant de glaces et gâteaux à 50 m...sublimes. Chania à 1 km mais ça se fait très bien à pieds. Quelle belle région.

Ottima struttura

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 15 giorni nel mese di luglio 2019. Una bellissima casa molto funzionale sia negli spazi che nelle atrezzature. A pochi minuti c'è il movimentatissimo centro di Chania ma se si vuole più tranquillita si può optare per le taverne ed i locali tipici in zona. Il balcone della zona giorna è un locale aggiunto all'appartamento. Consiglio vivamente ad una famiglia questa struttura
