My husband and I were very pleased with our visit! As an older couple (some would say we are an "elderly couple!), we appreciated the fact that we could dock our fishing boat just a few feet away! All the furnishings were very clean, and the cabin was provided with everything we thought we would have to bring for our stay! Only thing missing was an ice cream scoop! This was our first time on this lake and we had more success than the past 30 years fishing on another popular lake/resort! Our daughter and granddaughter joined us for three nights and we all had a blast celebrating our granddaughter's birthday! The cabin is cozy, but was perfect for the four of us! Next visit we will know that we will not need to bring as much, as again, it is well-furnished! Great host - very responsive! Neighbors were very nice also!

The kitchen/living room was well stocked with things you would need and were clean. The decor was cute for at the lake. The front windows needed to be washed which we did but but the view was absolutely gorgeous! We were lucky enough to see some otters playing out on the lake one morning right from the front windows. Kayaks were supplied with all you would need to use them. There were two nice docks we had access to right out our front door. The shower was pretty small & there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom. The larger bedroom was fine but the smaller one had very little space to put your luggage. They were both clean & neat. A charcoal grill was supplied along with charcoal and chairs for outside. Overall we did enjoy our stay very much.

Family get away

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Liz place and it’s always been a great experience. We love the cabin and the lake front. Water is fairly shallow out front so it’s perfect for my daughter and chocolate lab to play in the water. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent birding from the living room and shore. Wonderful exercise environment—hiked, biked, ran, and roller skied. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful lake. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Pleasant warmth from gas stove. Attentive, not intrusive, host. All in all, extremely enjoyable.

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was a great place for a small group of us looking to do some local snowmobiling. It had all the necessities you would expect on a stay away from home. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. It was a great place to stay!

The view out the front is so much better than the pictures portray. It is a quiet relaxing place to stay right on the water. The cabin is very open and thoughtfully decorated, really feels like a home not a rental.

Colorful Fall Getaway

Cute, cozy cottage right on the shoreline. Beautiful view of the lake. The cottage is very well maintained and very comfortable. Have stayed here several times now and will stay here again. Always tough to leave.

Birkie weekend

Had a really nice stay, the cabin is super cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The fireplace was great, it kicked out the heat and made the cabin cozy. Was also a great location, had a superb lake view with amazing sunrise/sunset views, was also not too far from Cable so all weekend activities were easy to get to. I’d definitely stay there again.

My sister and I have stayed at MANY vrbos. I believe this is our favorite. It was a very clean, comfortable and cozy cabin within about 15 feet of the water. Well organized as well. It had absolutely everything we needed. Our hostess was very quick at responding before during and after our stay. We want to thank Liz for an extraordinary stay at a terrific cabin. We plan to return next year. Liz, you’re the best! I would highly recommend this particular vrbo. Liz is the best.
