It was what we needed with three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms as we had three couples. Our husbands fished a tournament at Grand Lake and there was plenty of parking for 3 trucks and 3 bass boats along with a car. No real driveway so we just parked in the yard which worked out great. Might be a bit muddy if it rained a bunch but it did not rain while we were there so all good. There is a short gravel road to the property, just about 2 blocks. The neighborhood and outside of the property was a little worrisome when we pulled up -- a bit run down but the picture on the listing shows this. We did not have any problems with the neighbors, quiet - some dogs in the area but no issues with them either. We would have liked for the porch area/chairs, etc., to be cleaner but there were mosquitos out every evening (Oct), so we did not use the porch anyway. The screen on the front door was torn almost all the way off so had to keep the front door closed so no mosquitos, etc would get in.The inside was very clean and had everything needed. The pictures on the listing are accurate. A bit older home so some wear and tear but decorated nicely, beds were comfortable, couches comfortable, good storage space for clothes and toiletries. The hosts were very responsive and we would stay again if in the area for a fishing tournament. Perfect place for fishermen who need plenty of parking.
