Great little spot in Indy

My wife and I came to Indy for a music festival at Garfield Park so this place was the perfect location, bordering the park the way it does. The apartment was clean, and well stocked with the typical necessities you should expect in a short-term rental. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was incredible. I can't say enough nice things about the unit. The host was very personable and attentive, providing plenty of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations about town. If we're back next year for WonderRoad we'll definitely be staying here again!

This property is more suited for 3 than 4, and scant in the linens department. That said, it is a completely charming and functional space with modern decor in a sweet old building. It is a quirky space because it is an old building, and residents should be prepared to use stairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are lots of good restaurant and grocery options in a wide range of budgetary options very nearby. Parking is on street but adequate. The kitchen is reasonably outfitted.
