Property was as described. We were able to walk everywhere. It was nice having a spot in the parking garage. There was a beer garden adjacent to our windows that had live music. We enjoyed listening from our room. They did quit playing at 11 p.m. and things were quiet after that. I would definitely stay here again!

Bustling but Relaxing Mass Ave Location

Very nice rental in perfect location on Mass Ave a very popular area in Indy Rental is very nice with all the conveniences. I would stay again and highly recommend this rental

Great Place

The check in process is a little confusing, other than that it is a great place to stay with plenty of nightlife. Would recommend to anyone in the downtown area

Nice place for a night in downtown!

We wanted to stay overnight downtown after a concert and this was a perfect little spot for a couple, near restaurants and all the happenings. The parking garage was great and everything about the apartment was really lovely! Will definitely book again.

Nice little apartment in a great location.

This apartment is in a great location. We could walk to most anything we wanted to do. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. A cute little studio with easy access to parking as well.

Mass Ave Studio Holiday Stay

We enjoyed the location on this Mass Ave studio for our holiday stay. My daughters had arrived in Indy, but my husband was still getting over Covid. So we needed a place for them to be for a day 2. How fun it was to be right next to Christkindlemart and the amazing Christmas jazz music

Good studio

The place was nice. The checkin process I felt was too involved, as I had to take multiple pictures of myself and my ID.The studio was comfortable, the appliances were good, and the bed was comfortable.At the site, the parking garage ran out of paper receipts for two days, and the garage's customer service was not helpful.

Great location

Arrived at the property. Was never told what level to park on. I parked on the second floor. Could not figure out How to get into building or out of parking garage to The front of the building. Was very confused on how to use the Elevator. Got to my room finally and the code did not work. Once I got in the room it Was very nice and had all of the amenities we needed. Except online it Said there was a hair dryer and there was not one. The washer and dryer came in handy. However there was only one laundry pod to use. The bed was so comfortable that I Actually did not even get out of bed on one of the days. I even came home and ordered a new mattress.Realizing how comfortable that one was And how well I slept on it. The ice maker definitely made me happy and came in handy. The bathroom was very spacious and had enough room for me and the husband to get ready at the same time. Location was absolutely perfect with many restaurants and bars Within a two block radius. Check out instructions were very simple. However, be careful.Our car was broken into in the parking garage.... Overall, I would definitely be back to the same location.Now that I know how to Check in.
