Iconic Speedway Location next to Indy 500 track, amenities, and restaurants

Incredible location next to the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway and all the restaurants and bars.
Only steps from cool restaurants, street shopping and live bands. There's a walking/bike trail one block away.
Fully renovated in May 2023. This is a duplex unit with the main unit having 3 bedrooms upstairs and full kitchen and family room on main level. Enjoy the expansive sunroom on the front.
The laundry is shared with the next door unit in the basement.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

'500 quals weekend

Perfect location for our weekend in a quiet, sweet part of our beloved town of speedway. Just blocks away from IMS, and main Street. The property was clean as a whistle, beds comfortable.... home away from home.

Great space!

This was a perfect location and space for our annual family reunion! Nice, spacious downstairs with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and additional sunroom in the front. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs along with another full bath. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this place!!!

We were in town visiting for a quick weekend (and we have never been to Indianapolis before) so we found this cute place and booked immedietly! To our surprise, it was the cutest house walking distance from an area with restaurants and more, and a short drive to the race track!! The host was quick to respond to help answer any questions we had, which wasn’t very many because everything was perfect. I will definitely book again when I come back through Indianapolis! 🙏❤️

House is great… at the surface level

At the surface level the house is very nice. It was perfect for our weekend stay. The house is really clean!!! The finishes are really nice, the beds are AMAZING, if you like hard mattresses, which we do. The location is great, right down the road from restaurants, bars, shopping and of course the speedway. However…When you look closer to everything, there are cracks and rips in the walls, the floors are horribly uneven, to a point that the windows don’t lock. The window in the bedroom with the king sized bed has some sticky stuff on it. There is a really cute front porch but no furniture to sit on. Granted, we are just coming out of the winter months, so maybe they haven’t gotten to it yet.All in all, it’s not bad, I have seen worse, it’s just not 5 star worthy… yet.
