We are a retired couple from Minnesota with 4 adult married children and 7 grandchildren. My parents always had a home in Cape Coral as my children grew up, so we wanted to continue that tradition with our grandchildren! Visits to my parents home in Florida was always a highlight for us all!
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is quiet and very friendly neighborhood. We love to walk to the stores or get ice-cream a few blocks away! We have a few ground owls that are fascinating to watch as well and a neighborhood favorite!
What makes this property unique
Our home is very spacious with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. "The Palms" (bedroom #1) has a huge walk-in shower & separate jetted tub. "Coral Reef" and "Sunset Waters" (Bedrooms 2 & 3) share a bathroom with large walk-in shower, bedroom #4 "Dancing Dolphins" has a full private bathroom with tub/shower that has a door exiting to the lanai and pool, convenient to shower before and after swimming in the pool.
We have named our rooms and decorated them as the room has been named to add some fun to our home.
We have a large family and have tried to think of everything to make our home accommodate them and all our guest that come to vacation at Whispering Palms!
