One King and Two Queen bedrooms. Two Full baths, one with tub, both with showers. Large Kitchen Dining room combo. Large front porch. Fenced backyard for pets. Situated on working farm. HOUSE HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO CITY WATER, NO LONGER ON A WELL AS OF MARCH 2017. House is located 2 tenths of a mile off of US 25/Georgetown rd. On our family farm.

*INTERNET is satellite type SO IS SLOW (Sorry)

*House is 2/10 of a mile back gravel lane on farm
*PER LFUCG REGULATIONS/8 MAXIMUM GUEST ALLOWED ON PREMISES. GUESTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM EXCEEDING 8 TOTAL GUESTS.
