Free EV charging is provided! Located on Lake LBJ, a constant-level lake, and perfect for all types of watersports. Neighborhood boat ramp is two doors over. 3 kayaks, “LillyPad”, life jackets in all sizes, beach towels are provided. Large sunscreen-covered back deck includes both a BBQ gas grill and gas griddle.
