Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a private bedroom. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your family's needs are effortlessly met.



AC in both the living room and the bedroom!



The condo provides a full bathroom. Step outside to discover a wealth of amenities, including a beachside gym, a refreshing pool, and a BBQ area perfect for grilling. Additional features include free parking on the premises and street parking. We provide dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience.



The Space:

This is an oceanfront condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Large upper level unit accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area.



Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road.



There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay. We want you to have a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience at the condo, so if there is anything you need or any questions, please contact me.



AC in both the living room and the bedroom!



Guest Access:

As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Front Right on the Beach! The Beach is protected by a reef a ways out so it's perfect for snorkeling without the bigger waves. Beaches with big waves are nearby! Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, Hawaiian Ice stand and convenience store with local food counter half block away across the street! Less than 5 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s #1 paid attraction, draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class entertainment, learning, shows, and luaus. There is a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores in the area. Five minutes away, Laie Beach Park has great year round larger waves for body surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and World Famous North Shore Surfing Beaches a short drive away.



If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.



There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!



Getting Around:

Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

Great location, everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent. The only inconvenience was the building being renovated, which meant the parking lot was 200 meters away. There were no disturbing noises. I recommend it to everyone.

Incredible!!! What an amazing location! We were a little put off when we drove up.. but the place itself is a treasure! The best beach! We saw turtles and all sorts of sea life! Water was warm and safe to swim in. Sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous! We took pictures out by the beach as well. Only thing negative was the beds were pretty uncomfortable… everything else was 5 stars!! Thank you for sharing your Vrbo with us!

The location was amazing and the condo was perfect for our family of five. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone and equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated the extra snorkel gear / beach toys and plenty of beach towels. The beautiful location right on the beach made our trip unforgettable. A safe spot for kids to swim and seeing the sea turtles was amazing. My family will never forget this trip and when we come back we would stay here again.

Our stay was great! Check in was super easy! Rooms were as expected, plenty of towels! There could have been a little more drinking cups as there were 7 adults and there really were not enough! More garbage bags would have been nice as well as our stay was with 7 people and also a week long!

Beautiful Getaway

We spent 6 nights in the unit. February weather was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The view from the unit is absolutely gorgeous!! The unit was well stocked with everything needed for a vacation getaway. The north shore is very laid back.

Wonderful getaway

Only problem we encountered was the remote didn’t work. Property manager had it corrected within one day. We have stayed at Pats earlier and we enjoyed it just as much. Great beach area

Perfect location!

We wanted to stay on the quiet side of the island and this was perfect! So close to Kualoa Ranch which has great activities for teens and the North Shore for surfingm eating and shopping. We loved walking on the quiet beach at the property. So lovely!

Right on the beach

As mentioned the property is under renovation.it did not impact our stay. We enjoyed the beach right outside the property. There was even two sea turtles one morning. Home had two in room AC units to help cold down at night. Communication with Landlord was excellent. The pool was closed due to maintenance. The beach items are showing a bit of age.

Great place to stay right on the beach and fantastic snorkeling Right outside your door, property managers were very responsive to a shower drain being clogged, was fixed within the hour. Would recommend staying here!

We loved this property! It’s in a quiet area out of the city. The turtles on the beach every night were very neat to see, and the sunrise view was stunning. This place is comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend

I find the high ratings for Pats at Punalua misleading and questionable.This is the worst place we have ever stayed.Our 5th unit floor was roach infested. We killed 7 cockroaches during our stay, while several more got away. There is no lock on the balcony door, and the screen door has holes. Continuous road noise at night from the busy highway in front of the complex made it impossible to sleep in the bedroom. There was no dresser or bureau to store clothing. The only closet was locked with owner's stuff. For six nights, we lived out of our suitcases on the floor.We were given 3 dingy white bath towels, 2 face cloths and 2 hand towels to last us for 6 nights.The dinner dishes are melamine, not labeled dishwasher safe and unsafe to place in the microwave. There is no coffee table or ottoman available to comfortably put one's feet up while seated on the sofa and watching TV.The community barbecues outdoors are charcoal barbecues. Guests are required to purchase their own coals and clean out the ashes after use. Furthermore, we were asked to begin the laundry for the cleaning staff upon check out.I question the veracity of the 38 "exceptional" 4.5 reviews, and who may have posted the reviews.

Our October Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and updated. We stayed in the front room because of the road noise and AC was better there. The view and beach were wonderful, used the snorkel to see the turtles eating. Good location for the north shore beaches.

While there was upgrades being done to the complex, the unit was clean and recently upgraded. The view is fantastic and access to a quiet beach is just what we were looking for. The place delivered as advertised. Our family of 6 fit great in it.

Excellent location!

The condo was very nice and met our needs perfectly for a small family of (4). We were not in the condo very often and so location was important for us and we could not have asked for anything better. The grounds were very nice, check in was easy, and check out was too. Vacation in paradise

Overall everything was great, the beach front is right there and it’s a quiet community. There was some construction/renovations going on at the time we stayed there and the pool was closed due to that. Not a huge inconvenience and overall everything was good including the amenities inside of the unit

Wonderful stay!

The condo was immaculate, the view from lanai was amazing, we fell in love with the kitchen -my husbands a chef- so we had a great time cooking. The property was great we didn’t hear the construction at all and we were there during the week and weekend. The beach is GORGEOUS, people staying around properly were very friendly, parking space and check in was great. Loved it all!! Will definitely be back!

Nice upgrades

This property has a great location and was found to be exactly like the pictures. It was clean, appliances were brand new, pots and pans were in great condition as well as utensils. Because of the cool temperatures when we stayed the air conditioner in the front room did a nice job but I can see that in the summer it would be an issue for the back bedroom. There was a problem with remote controls for the television which property management responded to and even came by to evaluate. We appreciate the help and enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Pat’s building multiple times including at the cottages and other condo units, this one is by far the best! Amazingly clean and furnished. Best location in the building! Paradise within Paradise

The location is fantastic. The condo has a great view of the ocean. And fairly roomy. Perfect for the two of us. You can hear the ocean lapping and sometimes roaring providing the relaxing ambience that we need after a few days in Waikiki. It is next to highway 83 and thus the front bedroom can be noisy. Since there are only two of us , it's not a problem. The condo has everything that we need from cooking to doing our laundry.For dining options , kahuku about 10miles north has lots of options.Foodland supermarket is also not too far.We just love sitting in the lanai enjoying sunrise and watching the waves and sometimes turtles on the beach. The water is also good for swimming.Highly recommend.

Location location location

I wanted to be mad when I got there.. The place looked a little hoodie. But then I walked in and saw the view. We loved it. Pool was closed but hmmm there’s probably the best snorkeling beach ever steps away. We friggin loved it. Everything is on the north shore we accidentally booked this because we love ocean front and it turned out to be the best location. Wailea beach/ falls 25 minutes Toa Luau OMG climb works ziplinebtours, north shore surfer girl surf school, auntie Tsues farm for paddle board with the sweetest guy Rain as our guide. Dude the beach box has the sweetest shade, flippers snorkel stuff two perfect to go beach chairs we kept it in the rental car all trip and just had it for beaching everyone we met that traveled from Waikiki admittedly made a mistake. Dads knuckle up spend a little and own this trip. Don’t be a look lol. Special place!!

Amazing view

Our stay was short but wonderful. The view was stunning. The property is steps from the beach. Easy access for swimming and snorkeling. The property would be great for a family. It was just myself and my husband so we did not use the bedroom instead choosing to sleep on the bed in the living room so we could keep the sliding glass door open to listen to the ocean all night. A short walk away are several small eateries including a shrimp truck. The coconut shrimp was yummy and so was the shave ice. We picked this property because it was out of the way and not touristy. We would stay there again.

Excellent Beach Location

As suggested in the property description, shown in photos and in reviews, the property is older and undergoing significant exterior structural renovations. If you arrive knowing that and aren't surprised, you will enjoy yourself. The unit was in good shape, very clean, and well appointed with appliances, etc. We used the bed in the living room as there is noise from the road in the front room. The biggest advantage of this property is the beachfront location. Beautiful views and an uncrowded very swimmable beach with decent snorkeling.
