Spacious, comfy and charming one bedroom guest house in Sherman Oaks/Studio City. It has a lovely open floor plan, with a well stocked kitchen. Wood floors through out. Lovely tiled bathroom. Large walk in closet. A nice private outdoor patio to relax in and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Washer and dryer for apartment is right outside front door. Private parking spot. Close to restaurants and shopping. Universal Studios is about ten minutes away.
