Simple but Elegant! This King Studio suite located in the heart of downtown Helen is walking distance to everything. Stay right where the action is in the 600 sq ft apartment on the 2nd level overlooking Main Street of Helen. It’s fully equipped with living room, full bath and kitchenette all at arms reach. The fully stocked kitchen comes with all your cooking needs, including a dinette. The large HD Smart TV with high speed wifi for access to all channels such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc is swivel mounted allowing you to watch anywhere inside the studio.

Perfect location.

Located within walking distance to everything was perfect. It was very private and with it being a very busy weekend, it was nice not to have to listen to someone running down a hallway like the hotels.

Comfortable and great location

Check in is a breeze. The room is large and comfortable. Perfect for two people. Overall quiet. The refrigerator did make a loud noise the first night as I had seen in other reviews, but we never heard it after that. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and close to everything. We were thankful for this with the heavy traffic noted during our stay. We easily walked to everything.

Property is zero frills. Which was fine however the heat/air conditioner unit took forever to cool off. Maybe not tripping the breaker to turn it off would make it more pleasant for your guests.

Cozy Apartment very warm and comfy.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment is cozy. Bed is comfortable and plenty of towels supplied. The outside is not appealing but once inside you don’t you forget about the outside. Outside the major area so pretty quiet.

Mountain cabin

The room was fine. There was only one thin cotton coverlet on the bed. We looked all over for the extra blanket. Luckily I had a duvet in the car. The heating and air unit was a mystery to operate. When it was working, the whole unit vibrated. There were other weird knocking sounds behind the refrigerator. There is inadequate hooks for towels in the bath. We were happy with the unit & location.
