Welcome to relaxation! This villa is privately owned and managed. Villa has 2 dedicated parking spots, 2 porches perfect for relaxing and privileges at both the IGLS club house and pool as well as the Innsbruck Golf Club amenities. The Innsbruck Community has 24-hour security guard, gated entrance, paved roads and is just minutes from Downtown Helen's shopping and restaurants.

Pet friendly however my only issue was no grassy area anywhere for them to potty unless you walk them up the hill to the community center. House was clean and comfortable. And the host is amazing. Great location for a visit to Helen.

Dale was very responsive and helpful. The cabin was perfect, much better than a hotel. The setting was peaceful and beautiful but close enough to the activity of Helen. The the inside was clean and had the amenities we needed, the fireplace was a nice extra relaxing touch. Will definitely stay again!

Even though there are neighbors, it felt as if we were secluded and in the woods. Paved (steep) roads were nice and very close to everything. A very comfortable place to stay.

This was our first time to the Helen area and we were not disappointed. We found the accommodations perfect for our stay and the owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had! Even the weather cooperated with beautiful skies, temps in the low 70s and no humidity Highly recommend.
