Within minutes from downtown, there is ample amenities in reach. UR, and strong hospital is minutes away. The Blue cross arena is within walking distance. There is a beautiful park close to the condo. There are also great choices of restaurants just a few minutes away: Dinosaurs BBQ (Southern-style meats), to mention a few. Calm and peaceful neighborhood; there is a park and a trail within walking distance, as well as close to the waters. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the area. Close-by to the RIT, Strong, UofR, and the Strong medical center. Tesla drivers/lovers have EV charging station in the garage for convenience. Exercise equipment available for your convenience. Our updated bathrooms on the upper level with additional half bathroom/powder room on the 1st floor provides added convenience. We provide full kitchen that is well stocked with spices, pots, pans, kettle, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and waffle maker, to mention a few!
