Finished basement with bourbon bar, plenty of games, and an entertainment space with large screen TV. Resort-like backyard with heated outdoor pool, private pergola with lounge furniture, modern fire pit, and covered back deck with dining table and outdoor TV. Driveway is large enough to park up to 5 cars. The property is located 15 minutes from downtown and Churchill Downs, and less than 15 minutes to Valhalla Golf Club.
