This house was better than the pictures. Alice is an amazing property manager and responded to all questions/concerns incredibly quickly. The house is perfectly situated between Watersound and Seaside so it was an easy golf cart ride to activities, restaurants like The Big Chill, and the multiple nice beaches. The golf cart was great, easy to use, and we loved playing being able to play our music while driving around. The house was clean, stocked with everything we needed and wanted, extremely roomy, and the perfect size for our families and young children. It's also an easy and very short walk to the pool. And we loved that it was in a gated community and not on the main strip of 30a. Highly recommend this house, host, and property manager.

Hi Kim, I’m glad you enjoyed the beautiful house! The owners have put a great deal of thought into creating a lovely, well appointed home. I’m sorry the construction hampered your stay; the listing description does note that there is construction near by. 30A is just such a beautiful area that more people are building homes to enjoy this piece of paradise. I hope you’ll be back when the homes are finished being built. Thank you for your stay! Alice - property manager

Weekend stay

A group of 8 of us girls stayed here and we had the best stay! Alice was wonderful, and so accommodating. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was decorated beautifully. The golf cart was also a nice bonus. Beach access was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay here!

Home was clean and equipped well. Location was good to the beach, pool and dining options. Property management was very responsive when we needed them. I would like to mention that you can only park 2 vehicles at the property so make other arrangements in advance if that will affect you.

Great place

Very nice place. Very clean. Alice was very helpful and responded quickly. We had a great time. Small downfall would be the public beach access is about 1/2 a mile walk in either direction. Overall wonder experience!

Great vacation

Absolutely love this vacation spot! The house was beautiful , clean , and very spacious . The property manager was amazing! Always quick to respond ! So much to do , and you can bike or ride your golf cart everywhere ! If I had to say anything negative, it would only be that I wish the public beach access was closer , or at least had golf cart parking. We will definitely come back here!

Thanks for your review, Lisa! I’m so glad that you enjoyed your stay! I love the house, too; of all the houses we mange, it’s one of my favorites! I wish 30A had more public access as well, and more parking in general! It’s a beautiful area that has seen such explosive attention that the county has had a tough time keeping up with the need for changing infrastructure, but they’re trying! We do love our visitors and want the area to be a welcoming beach paradise! I hope you’ll be back to stay with us again soon! Alice property manager

Fun spring break!

We had a great week in Seagrove at this property! The house fit our two families of four comfortably - we appreciated having 2 masters and the kids loved the bunk room. We liked the location - quiet neighborhood, great pool area and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The golf cart was fun to check out the area! Easy check in and out and the property manager was quick to reply to any questions. Only minor things that would have made our stay even better would be a heated pool and closer beach access (but we knew these things going in). Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved our stay at this home. It was in a great, central location close enough to Seaside and the other "key" areas popular for restaurants and shopping. The house accommodated 2 families very well, and the rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. The golf cart was awesome, too. It is about a 5-7 min walk to the nearest public beach (and you can't park a golf cart there) so be prepared for that. The management company for the house was excellent - very responsive and supportive. We liked that the house was in a gated neighborhood with a beautiful pool SUPER close - great for kids to burn off energy! This was a great experience for us and we'd do it again!

Summer Vacation

The house is in a prime location with convenient access to the beach, and great shopping. The neighborhood is gated and the pool was top notch. Overall, I would highly recommend this house. The golf cart was perfect but, if you are traveling in two vehicles the logistics are moving vehicles to get the golf cart in and out of the garage can be an inconvenience because the golf cart has to stay in the garage and there is no parking on the street.

Thank you for your stay, Nikias! I’m glad you enjoyed your visit and the use of the golf cart. In order to maintain the peaceful and eye pleasing aspects of the community, the HOA requests that exteriors of homes be kept tidy. Our guests don’t seem to mind keeping the cart in the garage, where it needs to be to charge, and also helps maintain the community standards. Thanks again for your stay! Alice property manager

Beautiful home, well layed out and spacious

We had a wonderful time Primary issue was that the floors were not clean. We brought our own vac / floor mop combination and scrubbed the main floor and stairs when we arrived. They had not been cleaned that morning nor in the recent past based on the dust bunnies etc… Bathrooms etc were clean

Thanks for your visit and review, Dale. I’m sorry that you thought the floors were not clean. They are vacuumed with a top line Shark vacuum after every guest and that is followed with extensive cleaning with Swiffer wet mop pads so that dirt can be thrown out instead of being sloshed around the floors as with a traditional mop and bucket. The house is then also checked by an inspector post cleaning and prior to a guests arrival. Had you let me know that you were unhappy, I would have immediately sent housekeeping back over to take care of anything you needed. We would’ve appreciated the chance to rectify any problems you had prior to a negative review as they really impact a small business. Thanks again for your stay. Alice property manager

This property is so beautiful!! So much room. We loved how every room had its own full bathroom. The golf cart that is included was blast to just cruise on up and down the strip and was very useful to get to the beach with. When I had a question Alice always contacted me back in 5 minutes or less. We only had one small problem, the 3rd floor air was not working but they had someone there in 15-20 minutes and it was fixed. We loved that Santa Rosa was not crazy busy and it was a short car ride to Destin where we also spent some time. We were having such a great time we stayed and extra night. Loved loved loved this house/location and we are already talking about our next trip!

Beautiful Home, Beach Access Misleading

This home, location and community is beautiful and in a great area. The issue we had is that it is very close to the beach (across the street), but you cannot access it there because it is all Private beaches, and the owners are very vocal about it. The public beach access is about a half mile down the street and it is very busy because it is a very small beach for a lot of homes. I loved the home, but didn't love the access. It was very disappointing.

Thank you for your review, Angela. I’m glad you found the home and location to be beautiful. I’m sorry that you found the beach access disappointing. The beach access is public, and the listing doesn’t suggest anything else. I did send you the 3 different access points within 5 minutes of the house, plus all of the access points on 30A. Unfortunately, in high season, 30A is very popular and our beaches get crowded, but they’re still lovely and there are many access points along 30A. Thank you, Alice property manager

Perfect home for large family vacation.

For a real retreat vacation in a stunning home with tons of room.....this is the house! The layout is very well done with plenty of room for all guests. The bedrooms are laid out really well each with a full bathroom. The two masters are a huge plus when you have more than one couple or two families together. The pool is stunning we used it everyday even after spending the day at the beach. Note the house isn't as close to beach access as it looks in the pictures on the web. The best public beach and easiest to walk to has one little hurdle you have to walk through the lake to get to the beach. Once you cross the lake it is the best place on the beach especially if you have young children. Having access to one garage especially for beach items really helped keep house clean. My favorite spot in the house is the master on the top floor with its own bar and balcony. We hope to return to this vacation home in the future everything was seamless from the minute we made the reservation online to contacting the host during our stay to a few items left at the house mailed to us. This vaction home was a 10!!

Hi Nicole! Thank you for your review! I’m so glad that you loved your stay. I think the owners really made the house a special place with many thoughtful touches. Next time you’re down, we hope that you’ll stay with us again, and also take a look at the wonder if the lake at the beach access- that’s a coastal dune lake and they only exist in a few places in the world! They’re really pretty amazing! Come back soon! Alice property manager

Memorable Vacation

This was a wonderful experience for the entire family. First, the property is spacious with many options for sleeping. We had three adults and three teens in our party, and everyone loved their room choices. The home is beautifully appointed - I felt like I was at a high-end resort. The community pool was literally steps from the house. Access to the beach meant a drive, but this was no problem at all. We rented a golf cart. We also negotiated with the owners to rent three beach bikes which offered nice opportunity to navigate the territory. Seaside shopping area was outstanding with many great restaurants and shops. There were also other fantastic restaurants within a short distance. There are lots of options if you like nature, there are places to see and visit easily, and likewise if you prefer the shops, there are lots to explore within walking or golf cart access. Our three teen girls want to go back. We had a 14 hour drive each way - I think we would probably fly next time. Alice is great - she was so accommodating before and during out stay. I think I bothered who way out of line with questions, but she didn't mind and got back to me right away. I am not what you would call a beach person, but the teens really enjoyed the beach areas. I highly recommend this property if you want to feel you are in the lap of luxury.
