There is WIFI, smart TV’s and ample parking for multiple vehicles, boats and desert toys. There is an extra lot on the property that is always locked for your boat and other parking needs. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the propane tank for the courtyard front fire pit is returned to the bigger propane tank in the side lot. This way, it can be refilled by the propane company.
Notify Kelsey If Pellets need to be restocked.
Make sure (if used during stay) that the Traeger and Blackstone are cleaned and the covers are returned back onto the proper cooker
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
