Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the propane tank for the courtyard front fire pit is returned to the bigger propane tank in the side lot. This way, it can be refilled by the propane company.
Notify Kelsey If Pellets need to be restocked.
Make sure (if used during stay) that the Traeger and Blackstone are cleaned and the covers are returned back onto the proper cooker
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful home away from home

Honestly, the house was truly amazing, fully equipped. You honestly didn’t need to go anywhere you were able to enjoy the pool and the Jacuzzi and the house was very spacious.

Great Property

Property was great had plenty of room, the bbq area with the black stone griddle made cooking fast and easy. The family enjoyed the pool after we were at the lake all day I would really recommend this property, great communication

Came to watch the Jet Ski finals

We did a friends trip and it was awesome! House had everything we could want. Great place to hang out and have a couple drinks. It was a little ways away from the Main Street but not a problem at all! We would definitely recommend and hopefully rent again!

We had a fabulous vacation. We rented this location for two weeks and would do it again. Nice quiet neighborhood, good location, nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. Communication via text messaging was quickly answered.

Amazing home with fun all around!

Such a beautiful and large home, with an awesome pool/backyard. Great for family and friends fun time! We will definitely be coming back to this home next summer. Communication was spot on for someone that has never rented a home before.

AMAZING!!!

My family uses Vrbo's all the time and this home was determined our favorite. The space feels like a home and is decorated top notch. The set up of this home is perfect for familes. 5 rooms with comfortable spacing. The pool area is fabulous. My grandchildren never wanted to leave to do anything else, but play in the pool and hot tub. We will booking this home every chance we get. You wont be disappointed, I promise.

Fantastic furniture/decor and spacious!

You will not be sorry! This is a 5 bedroom home with plenty of room for 8 adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/cutlery/cups. The pool and jacuzzi are large and in perfect working order. The neighborhood is fantastic. All interior and exterior furniture are comfy. Beds are great with plenty of linens. Large televisions. We didn’t have any children with us but there were plenty of items for family travel. I saw a child swing and a deluxe high chair. Plus there were child friendly dishes. Check in and check out are super easy. Lots of convenient parking. Beautiful inside and out plus tons of board/card games for competitive families.

Home away from home

This property has lots of character and feels like home . Our four teenagers each had a room to themselves and the family and dinning room accommodated all of us for meals playing games and movies after a long day on the river .
