This property is located in one of the safest and nicest communities in Cordova, Tennessee. It is near a mall, Shelby Farms Park, a large varieties of restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. The home has a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, laundry area in the bonus bedroom, a fully furnished and relaxing deck and spacious backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. It is surrounded by 5 hospitals, all less than 12 miles away. In the garage there is a cube freezer to provide extra storage space for frozen or prepared food. There is also a Treadmill for exercise use in the garage. All of the bedrooms have Black-out curtains. There is an eat-in kitchen and dinning room that sits eight, The home has five TVs.
