Great location....excellent host. The home is a bit older, but I was ok with that. I would have liked the back patio to have been a bit more clean. And if u have a laptop, there are no 3 pronged sockets in the bedrooms. If u r going to Graceland, you are in the best spot in Memphis!

We enjoyed ourselves and Tee was very helpful and friendly. Will recommend this place anytime!!!!! Perfect location to Graceland. We could see the front gates of Graceland from our upstairs window!

House was perfect. Plenty of room for my family. Excellent location as my mom’s 80th birthday party is only few blocks away. House had all of the amenities need for our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay. TJ

My family met my sister's family in Memphis and needed a place to fit all of us. The room layouts were perfect for our kid breakdown. The house is definitely better for older kids rather than younger, but they do list that in the description. If you are coming for Graceland, it is definitely a great location!

Cleanliness was subpar. Found a large cockroach lying dead on the for of the den. Bathrooms were dirty -- shower drain was filled with hair, as if it had not been cleaned for quite sometime. My wife and I refused to set foot in the shower or tub. Overall condition of the property leaves a lot to be desired. It needs a facelift. Probably hasn't had a major update in 20 years. Would not return or recommend to anyone, especially at 300 a day.

I’m cannot recommend these guests. They did not leave the house in acceptable condition, leaving food throughout the house and clogging the kitchen sink which required additional cleaning and maintenance after checkout. They also reported to seeing a roach during their stay. After the property was inspected, my licensed pest control professional advised that food left around the home likely contributed to attracting it. Furniture was moved even though the rules of the house specifically mentioned Not moving furniture. Based on the condition in which the property was left and the blatant disregard for the rules of the house, I would not host these guests again. Lastly, the property does not rent for $300 per night .
