About this property

Welcome to our brand new home located near Schuss Village at Shanty Creek Resort. This dream vacation house sits directly on the fairway of Schuss Mountain golf course. The area features 4 additional golf courses, downhill and cross-country ski trails, and several restaurants. This beautiful house is located a couple miles from the world-famous Shorts Brewery. This is a great central location to explore many wonderful areas in northern Michigan. Beautiful Torch Lake is a short drive from the home.
Traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey are nearby and offer many family activities.
The area has several winery's within miles of the house and many of them offer a shuttle service.
This home is located within minutes of the many ski resorts located at Shanty Creek and Schuss Mountain.

Accommodations will include a pool pass that can be used at the Lakeview hotel in Summit Village as well as the Lodge at Schuss Village.

Great Getaway

We were very happy with our stay. Plenty of space & very clean. Great place to hold a larger party with the open concept in the living room / kitchen area. The weather was nice such that we could enjoy the backyard / fire pit area. Enjoyed the fact that it backed up to the golf course and was more private / not high traffic area. It was easy to find and working with the owner was pleasant. I had a question or to during my stay & he was extremely responsive. Overall great stay & would stay here again if visiting this area in the future.

Amazing place for incredible price

Everything about this listing was spot on. Perfectly situated by Schuss Mountain and less than 10 mins from downtown Bellaire - it made for a location that was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room, games and a fire pit that kept us entertained for hours. Will definitely recommend for anyone heading to the Bellaire area.

Awesome house at Schuss Mountain

The property was outstanding. Newer home, so all amenities were really nice. House was clean, bedding and towels were great and the house was really nice to spend a week in with family over the holidays. Would recommend to anyone considering a stay at Shanty Creek / Schuss Mountain. Clayton was also great with all communications. Awesome experience!
