We had a lovely time together at this property. Check-in was easy and seamless. The kitchen was very nicely updated with plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the outdoor deck for dinners and hanging out as well as the outdoor firepit. The bedrooms were situated well although it would have been nice to have a king bed from downstairs up in the bedroom next to the bunk room. For the most part, we were pleased with this property and would stay here again.

Great Summertime Getaway

Our group of three families (including 2 four year olds and a two year old) had a terrific stay. The house was very spacious, the kitchen accommodating, and the pool/private beach access was invaluable. There were plenty of toys for the little ones along with a cozy fire pit for roasting hot dogs and s’mores.

Golf Trip

Stayed with a large group of 12 golfers, and the house was plenty big enough to spread out with that many. Great location for being near the golf courses, ski resorts and downtown Bellaire. There were no kids with us, but looked like plenty for kids to do at the house.

12 of us stayed, 6 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone! With 3 floors available, we were able to spread out as needed or be together in the kitchen/family room area. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner communication was great and we would definitely stay here again, Winter or Summer! Great overall stay!

Second stay here - love this place for groups

This was our second stay at this house. It’s perfect for two families and we had so much fun skiing and being able to gather and enjoy our friends who live far away by coming together in this home. Close to the hills, shorts and downtown Bellaire. We will continue to come back!

Family Getaway

We had a great time in Bellaire. The property is as depicted with new floors, appliances, bathrooms.Courtney was a great host. We enjoyed games, cooking, movies and cozy fires. Beautiful space and tons of room!

We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect! It's tucked in a woody, hilly neighborhood that made for great walking and provided that "get away from it all" feeling. The home is spacious and spread out, so plenty of people can stay here, yet still have space to spread out and relax. We loved that there was a basketball hoop, a spacious deck to play Corn Hole on, and enjoyed the fire pit too. We've stayed in this area before, and love the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay

The house was large and had a nice layout for our group of 3 families, each getting their own space. The location was nice and the access to the pools and private beach on Lake Bellaire were definitely a special part of the rental. We didn’t make too much use of the playroom upstairs because it was a little musty but would probably be nice in the winter months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Courtney was so easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions or messages I had sent to her. The home was perfect for our needs. We had a group of 9 and it accommodated us well! Christmas in July

This trip was an annual July vacation we gift to our children at Christmas. This was our first time here and we all had a great time. Spent a great day on Lake Bellaire and when it rained we were able to enjoy the indoor pool at the resort. We also spent a few hrs at the resort golf and game simulator room which was enjoyed by all. Home was very clean and enjoyable. Owner was very responsive and helpful!

The neighborhood offers a peaceful ambience with housing generously spaced apart. The house is part of eagles nest subdivision and is enclosed with a breadth of trees. Enjoy your morning coffee on our long deck stretching the length of the house. If golf is your game, Hoff Haus sits 5-10 minutes from all the Schuss golf courses and about a 10 minutes drive from skiing. During summer months enjoy access to the lake Bellaire beach side clubhouse!
