The Neighborhood:
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools (wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach.There are also 2 grills located at the pool if you decide on a relaxing meal onsite!

Getting Around:
Within walking distance, the town center of Seacrest and the town of Rosemary offers many excellent restaurant and shopping options. From fine dining to a casual meal, there is something for everyone! A short bike ride away, Alys Beach also offers superb dining and shopping to enjoy.

Truly enjoyed staying at this property. Loved the larger space and full sized fridge as compared to other units in the complex. Unit was very clean, had easy access to everything in the area and property management was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom and Monica’s place! The communication and response time from hosts was 10/10. They even accommodated an early check in. They provided detailed instructions and information ahead of time so we were well prepared and able to plan our stay. The condo location was perfect for walking into Rosemary the town and to the beach. One of the best stays I have had in 30A. We plan on being back in the future!

The Perfect Space & Location

Perfectly located and walking distance between Rosemary and Alys. Spacious and clean; perfect for a family of up to 4 (2 young kids). Tom and Monica were super helpful in helping us get reservations at the beach for chairs and an umbrella and provided details about the neighborhood to make the most of our stay.

The best location and space for my family of 4!

We had the best stay in this studio! The location is amazing, within walking distance to Rosemary and Alys beach. The tram was convenient and timely to get to our beach access. Monica was an excellent host and so timely in communicating with us. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Exactly how it looks!

We loved it! Monica was very helpful and always available if we needed her. It is walkable distance to everything you need, and the parking was also very convenient (directly behind where you need to be) there was no hassle there. We will definitely stay again, 10/10!

Wonderful property & Location!

The unit is decorated beautifully, and the bed is very comfortable. Great location, convenient to restaurants and the beach. I must give a shout-out to Monica because she was fantastic to work with! She's so sweet, very responsive, and made us feel as if she would address any problem we had, but of course, we had no problems at all! Will definitely stay here again.

My daughters and I (17 and 21) had a girls’ trip to 30A and couldn’t have stayed at a better place! The location was perfect as it’s walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. 30A Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The use of space in the unit was awesome and it had just about everything we needed for a quick and relaxing getaway. The biggest perk of this property is by far the location! It is within walking distance of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and dozens of restaurants and shops. The beach access through the gated community was so easy and nice. It was a short walk which was convenient as was the tram service for when we had things to carry. Communication with our host was also very consistent and she was very kind and accommodating.

The perfect spot for a quick trip to Raleigh!

I am so glad I found this property and was able to book it. Andy and Sherry were kind, friendly, and thoughtful, making our stay extremely pleasant. They texted me the access code so check-in was seamless. They curated a list of great local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and events happening in the area for the weekend we were in town, which was super helpful as we are not familiar with Raleigh. They even left us a box of snacks in the living room to munch on during our stay. The Nespresso machine was a huge hit! We loved making a cup of coffee each morning. The bed was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. You could probably put a smaller person on the couch in the living room too. Everything was nice, neat, and clean. It was completely private and mostly quiet, with the exception of some minor noise from upstairs. Located in a cute neighborhood that was only about 15 minutes from the heart of Raleigh. All in all, I give it a resounding 10/10!
