Overlooking the pristine waters of Lake Las Vegas, the V features location, luxury and a myriad of amenities. If you want a place to call home that feels like a resort, the V is the place for you.

Comfortable and quiet, our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home is just a short walk from the private clubhouse at the V. With one of the most spectacular views of Lake Las Vegas and the surrounding mountain ranges, the clubhouse is truly something special. Enjoy three pools, 2 hot tubs, multiple cabanas and lounge areas, outdoor grill stations, a putting green, fireside lounge, full gym, and game room offering an assortment of entertainment. The community is located adjacent to the Reflection Bay golf course and a short drive or walk to the village at Lake Las Vegas.

The contemporary designed condo has an open airy feel, with an open main floor living, dining and kitchen, with stainless appliances including a wine fridge and granite countertops, with a patio located off the dining room. The primary suite features a balcony with views of the mountains and bird preserve. It has an ensuite spa like bathroom and privacy from the other two bedrooms. One guest bedroom is set up as an office, with a comfortable trundle style pullout sofa. It and the second guest bedroom have lovely morning light and share an elegant bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.

A nice refuge

The V at LLV

Great hosts, location and property. I was there for 5 weeks after a knee replacement. All amenities are nearby. Property was perfect for my rehab. Stairs were a useful challenge. Perfect for cycling on the River Mountains Loop which was also part of my rehab.

Oasis in the Mojave

Beautiful surroundings, great club house complete with billiards and the most fantastic outdoor pool experience. Enough space throughout the condo for reading and just plain relaxing. Plus beautiful views from the upstairs primary bedroom suite and the main floor living/dining area. Minutes away from the Lake Mead Recreational Area where there are trails galore for hiking and sight seeing. We were about an hour away from the spectacular Valley of Fire State Park and the Lost Nation Museum. The kitchen was well stocked with high end cookware and cutlery. We love preparing our own meals. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's grocer's were some distance away but quite doable. Thank you to our hosts for ptoviding a beautiful and restful haven

They recently purchased the Desert Oasis At Lake Las Vegas and enjoy their time here exploring the vast desert landscape, golfing and watching the sunset on these magnificent mountains. They also call Big Sky, Montana home for much of the year.

From the private clubhouse pool and all it's many amenities, proximity to Reflection Bay and numerous other quality golf courses, access to trails, water sports, live music, dining and more, our Desert Oasis At Lake Las Vegas has it all.
