Noroton Heights is a great location. Exit 10 off 95 you are 15 minutes to Stamford and 10 Minutes to Norwalk.

There's a great playground at Darien Nature Center- Cherry Lawn Park. Weed Beach is amazing - there are paddle courts, tennis courts, a playground, gazebos, a concession stand and there is even a Paddle Court Warming Hut which a lot of people rent for birthday parties.

There's also Pear Tree Point Beach.

Beardsley Zoo is great it's only 30 min away and it's not to big the kids will love it.

There's great local farms, Eden's Farm and Farmers markets in town.

Grace Farms in New Canaan is a fabulous place, admission is free and it is a great place for kids to have fun. The Tea Room has a 365 degrees glass enclosure, the food is good too and there are activities for kids on Saturdays.

The house is centrally located off exit 10 minutes away from downtown Darien, beaches and train station.

Cute Darien Home

We enjoyed our stay in Darien! The house was clean, bright and cozy. The neighborhood was cute but it is located on a busy steeet. It was occasionally difficult to back out of the parking spots because of oncoming traffic.

Excellent Rental Property

Everything was great - location is super safe, very convenient to shopping for food - towels, soap, shampoo, dishes, pots and pans all included. The appliances seem mostly new and work very well. The owner was extremely responsive. The downstairs is small but works - the decor in the entire house is really cute and pretty. I am a man so I don't use those adjectives usually. The upstairs bedrooms are pretty huge - two queens and a king! Very comfortable - the house was also spotless. Slight negative - someone with a dog stayed there before us - and I am allergic - we took allergy meds and were ok. Also slight mildew coming from basement - but nothing overbearing. Also the front door lock is pretty awesome - but I had a hard time locking it at first - I think locking the door could go into the instructions packet. We used this property to stay away from our home while the polyurethane and spray foam was put in. Really a perfect location in a safe neighborhood at a fair price! I highly recommend - 5 stars.
