We are an empty-nester couple who loves our home and maintains it beautifully. We travel to Martha's Vineyard for 3 weeks each summer and love having a great family enjoy our home while we're away.

Why they chose this property

Our home is the perfect balance of antique charm (beautiful carved mantles, diamond paned windows) and up to the moment features (quartz counters, etc). It's both elegant and cozy. A great place for a family or a couple. It's also conveniently located - close to town, shopping, train. Located 40 miles north of NYC, with trains every 30-60 minutes, Darien is located on the CT "gold coast" and has beaches, parks, great restaurants and boutiques.

What makes this property unique

Beautifully landscaped, private yard with pool and hot tub. Fabulous place to spend the summer!
