Comfortable. Near the beach. At the golf course. Exclusive 3-room apartment Barghahn in the house North Sea view with about 72 square meters on 2 levels (1. OG, 2. Floor) for up to 4 people. In a quiet location directly on the beach crossing in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. The dike and the sea are within walking distance and the property is adjacent to the North Sea Golf Club. Ideal for families with children or for nature lovers, but also for golfers. Enjoy the unique panoramic sea view from the sunny south-facing balcony and from the comfortable living room. Dogs are welcome. Living room with sofa (2s), 2 armchairs, large TV (satellite), BluRay player, DVD collection, stereo compact system with CD player, dining table with 4 chairs and direct access to the large furnished south-facing balcony with all-round sea view. Open kitchen with every comfort (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher) .1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm) and wardrobe. Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and wardrobe. Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and hair dryer. Hallway with wardrobe, mirror and shoe rack in the entrance area in the 1st. OG. Very handy for not having to take rubber boots, beach toys and wet jackets into the living area. Parking space available, bicycle rack behind the house. Lockable bicycle storage, communal washing machine and dryer for a fee in the basement of the house. Travel cot (only frame) and highchair available free of charge. Free Wi-Fi (LTE, volume and reception upon availability). Bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking is not permitted.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Leider funktioniert das WLAN überhaupt nicht. Es wird nur über einen USB-Stick geliefert. Es wird voller Empfang angezeigt, aber das Datenvolumen ist nicht ausreichend. Leider hat man in der Wohnung auch keinen mobilen Empfang. Ausstattung ist ok, bis auf fehlende Bratpfanne 🙂. Wenn man zu zweit anreißt und beide Schlafzimmer nutzen möchte, sollte man dies im Vorfeld mit der Agentur klären, da sonst nur das Doppelbett bezogen wird. Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Top-Wohnung, zu empfehlen

Die Zufahrt von Böhl/Dorf aus ist aktuell durch eine Baustelle staubig oder zeitweise nicht möglich. Per Umweg von Süden aber kein Problem. Man schaut wunderbar über den Deich aufs Watt und Meer. Fahrrad und/oder Auto sind zum Einkaufen erforderlich. Haupt-Kritikpunkt ist die über O2-Edge absolut nicht funktionierende WLAN/Internet-Anbindung. Das liegt aber am schlechten O2 Ausbau und am im USB-Stick verwendeten SIM-Provider O2. Vodaphone hat in der Gegend eine deutlich bessere Abdeckung! Wir haben uns mit einem T-kom Hotspot eines WLAN's in der Nachbarschaft beholfen. (extra Kosten :-( ) Schlüsselauf- und Abnahme über Eiderstedter und Vertragsabwicklung waren problemlos.
