The North Sea spa town of St. Peter-Ording is known for its seemingly endless sandy beach, 12 km long and up to 2 km wide in some places. St. Peter-Ording has something to offer every holidaymaker—whether it’s peaceful walks on the beach, swimming, surfing, kiteboarding, or beach sailing. If the weather happens to be less than ideal, a visit to the Dünentherme is well worth it. The water park is located right at the beach access point in the Bad district and features a wave pool, a children’s pool, a whirlpool, an outdoor pool, and a slide, as well as a large sauna area with a view of the sea. Right next to the Dünentherme is the large wellness area, offering numerous treatments for spa guests and visitors.
