We are surprised to read this review, as our team strives to provide a spotless and 5-star experience for every guest. Following your check-out, our cleaners required extra hours and professional deep-cleaning services due to your excessive trash and mess/dirt left behind—additional costs we chose NOT to pass on to you out of goodwill. Which you might have not know. We pride ourselves on maintaining extremely high cleanliness standards and clear communication, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
