Oh the view!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing time. We spent a lot of time on the patio just looking at the view. I enjoyed the small pool much more than I had anticipated. It was great to jump in afterany time we wermorning walk

Villa Marleta

Spectacular ocean view. Great patio and infinity swimming pool though much of the day in direct sun. Wonderful, steep but manageable 10 minute walk to beach. Drying rack would have been nice. Comfortable furnishings. Intermittent but manageable highway noise. Excellent instruction and area information in binder.

Beautiful place

This property has amazing views and its location is absolutely perfect with the beach across the street and yoga next door with an excellent restaurant. The pool is nice but did not circulate properly (we did not get response to questions about it). 1/2 of the patio is unusable due to bats dropping excrement below them. The water pressure in the showers is low with questionable.

Thank you very much Joni for your review. It was weird to us to know that you had problems with a family of bats that decided to spend time in our palapa, it never happened before, even we are in the jungla and wildlife decide on their own where to stay. We manage to find and install an electronic device that should keep them away from the área so This do not happen again. Regarding the water presure we understand the water pump in our prívate comunity had troubles and due to that the low presure was in the entre community not only our villa, fortunatelly the administrator remplace the pump with a new one so This has been resolve too. In the future we will be glad to offer you a discount and welcome You again so you can enjoy the wonderfull view and have a cup of coffee at our beatiful palapa.
