Casa Herera is a beautiful Andalusian villa with pivate pool in a subtropical garden. With WiFi and air condition. The villa Herera is a beautiful andalusian style villa with high, raftered ceilings. It is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with a natural stone wall dividing living room and kitchen. From the nice porche of abt. 30 qm you can enjoy the view into the garden and to the pool. It has 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, one with a double bed of 140 cm and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Living room with 2 sofas, open fire, SAT-TV on flatscreen, video player and dining table with 6 chairs. Well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave,ceran cooking and good quality cooking utensils. The main bathroom has a shower and a tub. The second bathroom has a shower and is en-suite to the master-bedroom. The villa is set in rural and calm environment next to the pine forest of Roche with some other nice villas in the proximities. The next sandy coves, called "Cala de Aceite" and "Cala Puntalejos" are abt. 2 Km away. On a walk through the forest or along the cliffs you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of Roche Viejo.
The large, well tended garden is completely fenced. Palm trees and blossoming shrubs complete the lovely andalusian garden landscape. The pool measures 9x4,5m and has a shallow end at the Roman steps.
There is a nice barbecue area near the pool. Garden table with 6 chairs, and 4 loungers

Very nice stay

House is nice and comfortable. Garden is perfect, because there is lots of garden furniture. Bedrooms are good. Beds are comfortable and there are big closets. Bathrooms are fine and large. Living room is not very large, but it’s okay. Kitchen is good. Equipment is fine but we definitely missed basics like salt and pepper, olive oil, vinegar and selection of herbs. When guest come by plane, they don’t have any of this with them. And a good coffee machine would be a basic as well. Location is near Conil center and the beach. Only 7 min by car. We loved Conil and his great beaches and nice restaurants. Contact with the facilitator was perfect. Contact via whatsapp was very quickly and helpful.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in der Casa Herera . Der Pool ist mega. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, nach 2 Tagen bekamen wir Ersatz. Rundum zufrieden

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Haus war sauber und in der Einrichtung und Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück und der Garten sind super. Die Kinder haben den Pool täglich genutzt. Die Umgebung war schön ruhig, ein paar benachbarte Ferienhäuser. Der Supermarkt war mit mit Auto gut zu erreichen, da haben wir auch morgens unsere Brötchen geholt. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen...

Wir haben heute unse...

Wir haben heute unseren letzten Tag und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Dennoch hier ein paar Beanstandungen/ Vorschläge. WLAN funktioniert, aber ohne Internetzugang. Es geht alles nur über die mobilen Daten. Das muss geändert werden! Geschirr und Besteck sowie z. Teil Handtücher müssten mal gewechselt werden. Die Fliegengitter sind in diesem Zustand nutzlos. Und ein paar vernünftige Kleiderbügel wären seerhr gut! Alles nur Kleinigkeiten , die man einfach und preiswert ändern kann! Ansonsten alles wunderbar!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit großem Grundstück und sehr schönem Pool. Ideal für Entspannung und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Den Weg zum Strand und in den Ort haben wir gut mit Fahrrädern bewältigt.

Erholung im Casa Herera

Wir haben uns während unseres Urlaubes im gut und vollständig ausgestatteten Casa Herera mit dem großzügig geschnitteten Grundstück und dem schön bepflanzten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu unserer Reisezeit im Oktober waren die Nachbarhäuser so gut wie nicht belegt, daher war es sehr ruhig. Das Haus liegt im Außenbereich von Conil, daher ist ein Auto schon zwingend notwendig. Schlüsselübergabe durch die Verwaltung problemlos, wobei eine Verständigung nur in spanischer Sprache oder mit Händen und Füßen möglich ist. Bei zwei technischen Problemen haben wir Casa Conil um Unterstützung gebeten, so dass in beiden Fällen einschließlich Handwerkereinsatz sehr schnell und kompetent Abhilfe geschaffen werden konnte. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Mein bisher erholsamster Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Die Vermieter sprechen nur spanischen, aber die Kommunikation über Whatts App per Google Übersetzer klappt hervorragend Das Ferienhaus liegt 10 Minuten mit dem Auto Von der nächsten Bucht mit Chirongito oder 30 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Bei diesem Ferienhaus ist ein Auto sinnvoll. Nach Conil und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Conil während der Ferienzeit ein sehr beliebter Ort mit hauptsächlich spanischen Urlauber .

Casa Herera bietet alles was man braucht für tolle Ferien.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Casa Herera. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar einen Mixer für Smoothies war vorhanden. Das Haus und der Garten ist gepflegt. Das Haus ist etwas grösser als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Ein toller Pool in dem die Kinder viel Spass hatten. Hinter dem Haus gab es sogar 2 Surfboards, mit denen die Kinder im Meer viel Spass hatten. Die Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern war unkompliziert. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Tranquilidad y desconexión

Casa Herera nos ha ofrecido todo lo que buscabamos estas vacaciones: tranquilidad y desconexión. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. El jardín, el porche y la piscina nos han permitido disfrutar de la estancia con la intimidad e independencia buscada. La ubicación cerca de Conil pero a la vez en un entorno tranquilo. El mejor resumen de nuestra experiencia es haber terminado las vacaciones con ganas de haberla prorrogado unos días y pensando que el año que viene repetir es una buena opción.

Enjoyable Stay

Casa Herera is well equipped, maintained and clean. Just a few points. Communication was difficult with owners as they did not speak English, but Paulo, their son, came to the rescue on arrival, however, we would not expect English to be spoken much in this beautiful region and is what attracted us to Conil. Some of the sun beds were old but ok. The house lost electricity, the sign on the door instructed to go to the electricity box by the main gate, but the problem was inside the house in the electricity box behind a cabinet by the access door - instructions on its location would be helpful, however the owners responded very quickly and restored electricity (with the help of Text messages and Google translator). The pedestrian gate lock cannot be opened with the key from the inside. Fans for the bedrooms would be good. There was regular late loud music and noise early in the morning from the house at the end of the road next to Casa Herera, but generally a peaceful area. This may seem a long list but we just wanted the owners to know so they can take action. That said, our stay was most enjoyable, relaxing and we will remember it with fondness. I recommend this property and region. Thank-you.

Wir haben uns wieder...

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Hier 3 Vorschläge zur Verbesserung: Es wäre schön, wenn im Haus ein CD-Player wäre. Hinterm Haus, am Wäscheplatz, ist Morgensonne. Schön wäre es, wenn man da frühstücken könnte. Ein transportabler kleiner Tisch wäre nicht schlecht. Sonnenschutz auf der Terasse! Wir waren zwar im Oktober dort, denken jedoch, dass man da im Sommer nicht essen kann! Ansonsten war alles im besten Zustand. Kleine Mängel wurden schnell und freundlich behoben. Alles bestens!

Vacaciones satisfactorias

La casa era impresionante y la piscina muy grande y apta para nadar. El jardín es amplísimo y dispone un árbol bajo el cual he disfrutado de varias siestas memorables. Como sugerencia de mejora recomendamos que instale un sistema de aire acondicionado o en su defecto algún ventilador. Las noches de mucho calor nos veíamos obligados a abrir las ventanas y los ruidos de las casas contiguas (fiestas y celebraciones lógicas de las fechas de agosto) se introducían en nuestra casa. Tambien advertir que el regadío del jardin se encendía en torno a las 4 de la mañana y desprendía un fuerte olor. Hubieramos agradecido a la dueña que nos hubiera advertido que es un agua sulfurosa de manantial que existe en toda la zona y que es totalmente inocua. En cuanto el regadio se apagaba, el olor desaparecía rápidamente pero en caso de tener las ventans abiertas por el calor era bastante molesto al dormir. En resumen jamas olvidaremos el jardin y la piscina.

VACACIONES EN CASA HERERA

La casa es amplia, acogedora, bien equipada y decorada. Tiene un amplio jardin para aparcamiento de varios vehículos y una piscina de buenas dimensiones. Habría que mejorar algo el mantenimiento básico de alguna instalación (reponer bombillas fundidas de alumbrado exterior, alguna persiana y mosquiteras, cerradura de puerta de parcela, más cuerdas para tender la ropa), reparar la lavadora que no centrifugaba bien. Habría que cambiar algunas hamacas, envejecidas y hundidas muchisimo. Aunque la zona es muy tranquila, dependiendo de los ocupantes (grupos de jovenes) de las casas alquiladas contiguas, algunos días generaban bastantes ruidos y música alta a altas horas de la noche y también saturaban con sus vehiculos la calle obstaculizando la entrada a Casa Herera. Se les tendría que comunicar a los propietarios de esas casas que hicieran algo por evitar esas situaciones. A pesar de esto último no tendríamos problema en repetir, y en general ha sido una buena estancia.

Da wir mit Hund gere...

Da wir mit Hund gereist sind, lag unser Augenmerk hauptsächlich auf eine hundefreundliche Unterkunft. Hierfür ist Casa Herera super geeignet! Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und mit Wiese versehen, so dass der Hund den ganzen Tag ungestört laufen konnte. 5 min. vom Haus entfernt beginnt der Pinienwald, welcher sich auch super zum Spaziergang eignet. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem eingerichtet, was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist. Es liegt jedoch außerhalb vom Zentrum, so dass man auf jeden Fall ein Auto braucht. Dafür ist es herrlich ruhig! Auch die Übergabe hat gut geklappt, wobei die Eigentümer jedoch nur spanisch sprechen. Hinweis: Die Wegbeschreibung zum Haus sollte dringend überarbeitet werden; alleine war es mit der vorhandenen Beschreibung nicht zu finden. Fazit: Es war nicht unser letzter Urlaub im Casa Herera! Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen!!

Hemos estado muy agu...

Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa Está bien situada en una zona tranquila. Todo muy limpio y la piscina y el jardín estupendos. Como punto negativo decir que estaría bien renovar sartenes y cuchillos
