Christmas holidays

The house was spacious and clean and the communication with Mari-Carmen was really easy. The kitchen is not furnished enough to enjoy easily cooking there. The neighbourhood was noisy with a lot of roosters and dogs around.

The kitchen could have been slightly more equiped - better knives (sharper) and utensils. Things like Olive Oil, Washing up liquid, bin bags, dishwasher tablets etc. normally are provided in other rentals. The only downfall for us was that the house was COLD! we spent a lot on firewood but that didn't sufficiently heat the whole house. maybe heating could be supplied in the future included in the cost. Overall a great house, great location, helpful host, excellent area for a holiday!

We hebben 9 nachten in dit prettige huis mogen slapen. Alles is aanwezig voor een fijne tijd rondom Conil. De bedden slapen heerlijk, de bbq in de tuin werkt fantastisch en de keuken is compleet. De douches zijn warm en schoon. Zwembad is schoon, wel wat koud in oktober. Enige nadeel zijn de hanen in de buurt. Ze kraaien niet alleen in de ochtend. Kortom lekker doen als je naar Spanje wil. Je zit midden in het Spaanse leven met alle voorzieningen om de hoek. Aanrader is lekker vlees te halen bij Alonso en een mooie bbq verzorgen. Het strand is heerlijk en verderop richting Cadiz zelfs met mooie strandjes(baaitjes). In Conil een avond Flamengo en mooie restaurants te vinden. Daarbij de grote supermarkten, kan niet beter. Sevilla is 1 uur en 37 minuten rijden. Maar Tarifa of Velez vonden we ook prachtig. Veel plezier alvast.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben in den Sommerferien zwei Wochen zu 8. (vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder) in dem Haus Casa Arenas unseren Urlaub verbracht. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Urlaub! Das Haus ist schön, sehr gut ausgestattet (die Küche, aber auch Spiele und alles was man sonst braucht). Der Pool war das Highlight für uns alle. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in tollem Haus

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sauberes, großes Haus, toller großer Garten mit Grill und Pool, alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen und immer sofort zur Stelle sind, wenn etwas anliegt. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Wer Hühner liebt ist hier glücklich

Wer auch im Urlaub um 4.32 tgl. von gefühlt 100 Hähnen geweckt werden will, sollte hier seiner Urlaub verbringen. Alternativ Ohropax doppelt in die Ohren gegeben.Ansonsten hatte man seine Ruhe, wurde, außer von den Hühnern nicht gestört. Es entspricht der Beschreibung.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en esta casita tan acogedora. Su anfitriona ha sido encantadora en todo momento, y la casa muy cómoda y limpia. Sin duda la recomiendo y cuando vuelva a Cádiz allí me alojaré. Gracias por todo Mari Carmen.

Una experiencia que a pesar del clima ha estado muy bien!

Fuimos un matrimonio con 3 niños y una adolescente de 19años y ha sido muy satisfactorio. El problema ha sido el clima, ha llovido todos los días y hemos tenido que incluso encender la chimenea! Los bañadores nolos hemos usado. Pero deseamos poder volver a alquilarla para disfrutar al máximo de la casa. Muchas gracias

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geräumig. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Vermieterein war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.Auf alle Fälle haben wir dort zu fünft eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. DANKE

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij verbleven april 2023 in Casa Arena dat er precies zo veelbelovend uitziet als op de foto's. Het huis ligt in een buitenwijk en is heerlijk rustig gelegen aan een doodlopende straat. De ruime tuin is ommuurd dus heel veilig met kleine kinderen of een hond. De bedden zijn prima en de keuken is ruim voldoende uitgerust. De verhuurster is zeer vriendelijk en eventuele problemen worden meteen aangepakt/opgelost. Wij komen zeker weer!!

Unser Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Bei 2 Problemen war Mari Carmen sofort vor Ort und hat sich gekümmert. Wir fanden nur noch 3 Tafelmesser in Form von Steakmessern vor und haben 4 neue Messer gekauft. Was ich nicht verstehen kann, wie diese wegkommen können. Es waren bestimmt mal reichlich vorhanden.

Casa de Arena Juni 23

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig wir waren mit 5 erwachsenen da. Es verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung und ein großen Garten mit Pool. Alles war sehr sauber. Große Einbauschränke. Bus nach Conil und zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Was eventuell als störend empfunden werden könnte sind die Hähne die rund um das Haus wohnen, uns hat das gekrähe nicht gestört aber wenn man Geräusch empfindlich könnte es stören. Für uns ein rundum schöner toller Urlaub mit super Service. Gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl des Hauses. Alles sauber und viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool und die Grillecke haben wir oft genutzt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Haus, toller Pool

Wir hatten tolle 16 Tage im Casa Arenas. Leider hatten 3 von 5 Probleme mit den Matratzen und dem Hahn am Morgen, ansonsten war alles Super!!! Ich würde es jederzeit empfehlen.

No hay agua potable

La casa está muy bien, pero no avisan de que no tiene agua potable lo cual es un gran inconveniente sobretodo si vas con niños que deberían especificarlo. Las camas excepto una son bastante pequeñitas. La ubicación está algo alejada y hay que transitar unos 300 metros por un camino de tierra q no tiene mayor problema problema para un turismo.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit der Familie (4 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) für 2 Wochen im Februar in Casa Arenas. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, aber die Stadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto war man zudem schnell an verschiedenen Stränden. Das Haus selber war sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr schön. Vor Ort konnten wir uns leider nur auf spanisch verständigen, aber bei Problemen wurde uns stets schnell, freundlich und zufriedenstellend weitergeholfen. Einzig der Kamin spendete leider nur wenig Wärme und das Feuerholz ließ sich nur in so großen Mengen ordern, dass es in 2 Wochen nicht zu verbrauchen war. Dafür war der Preis von 140,- € dann ziemlich hoch.

Danke für die freundliche Bewertung. Mittlerweile ist auch in Conil Holz relativ teuer geworden und die Stromkosten sind fast so hoch wie in Deutschland. Sprechen Sie uns in Zukunft aber gern an - wir vermieten nach Bedarf auch Heizkörper - Sie Zahlen dabei nur den geschätzten Verbrauch.

Schöner Kurzurlaub im andalusischen Winter

Schönes Haus mit levante sicherer Terrasse! Hier konnte man die Sonne auch mit starken Wind genießen! Die erste Nacht war etwas kühl, wir hatten doch unterschätzt wie kalt es werden kann. Aber die Vermieterin brachte uns für die drei Schlafzimmer dann eine portable Heizung, Das war dann perfekt für die Nacht. Alles in allem ein sehr netter Kontakt. LG Kai Gabriel
