As you arrive to the 12th floor and enter your new oasis, you will be greeted with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean and may even feel as if you are on a cruise! It is nothing but crystal blue water outside of your windows. The condo offers sunrise views from the balcony or you can sit on the front porch and witness stunning views of the sunset.

The Van Lee 1202 features brand new furniture and is decorated with modern and tasteful coastal décor. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit sleeps 4 comfortably, with a blow up mattress provided should you wish to sleep 6.

The living rooms new and comfortable couch is the perfect spot to relax and look at the ocean, or to enjoy watching any of your favorite shows and movies on the large flat screen smart television provided. Sign in to your favorite streaming applications and enjoy Disney+, Netflix, and more! Spectrum cable to watch live TV is also included, as well as Wifi!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. All appliances work perfectly with small appliances including a coffee maker, blender, and toaster at your disposal. In the drawers, you will find adult and children’s dishes, pots, pans, and other necessities such as pot holders and basic spices.

The primary suite features a king size bed that you will sleep peacefully on while listening to the sound of the ocean. The room has its own bathroom and large walk in closet, as well as a chest of drawers and built-ins to hold all of your belongings. In the second bedroom, you will find a built in office with plenty of cabinet space, and a queen size murphy bed. In the hall, the linen closet is fully stocked with all linens and towels needed. In here, you will also find beach towels and a beach bag to hold your belongings, as well as an ironing board in the second closet.

Directly across from the unit you will find a private laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as laundry soap and a laundry basket. You will also find everything else you need for the beach in here including a large beach tent for shade, two chairs, beach toys, and boogey boards! This laundry room is also home to your own personal grill to barbeque on the front porch, with propane refills if needed.

The building offers a private pool and beach access, along with a gym, sauna, card room, library, and more! Free parking is included with plenty of spaces available out front!
