Perched on top of a private plateau and sitting between two empty lots, this property will have you enjoying the pleasures of privacy and freedom just 13 minutes from the mayhem of Havasu's tourist zones.
Calling for all outdoor enthusiast ~ Bring your toys because this home caters to year-round desert fun. Bordering BLM land and swarmed with trails suitable for SXS and dirt bikes, this property is ideally located for those who want to ride-off from the establishment. Conveniently located near highway 95, a straight-shot to the boat launch or for those who want to explore the terrains of both Havasu and Parker, Az.
The living room offers a Smart TV and direct access into the pool yard. The large gourmet kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking, baking and table setting needs. An abundance of windows from the living quarters cater to views of the pool, desert landscapes and the lake. A perfect setup for family entertainment. The master retreat offers a king size bed, lounge seating, Smart Tv, walk-in closet, bathroom ensuite, private entry to the pool yard, views of the lake and sunset. The master ensuite includes two vanities, a private toilet room and large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 & 3 both host a queen size bed and share the common bathroom with tub/shower combo. The laundry room is accessible to guest. There is a complimentary 2 car garage with direct access into the pool yard and 1 parking spot available on gravel. Trailer parking is located at the base of the property.
This home falls nowhere short of amazing when stepping outside. Spectacular views of the lake will have you living life in paradise! Bring your binoculars to view the ancient mountain carvings mother nature has created. After your day of play, come home and take pleasure in swimming amongst the properties lush landscape, immaculate desert views and dreamy sunsets. Alongside is a large jetted spa, perfect for star gazing. Also offering lounge seating, a patio fire pit and stainless-steel grill. Indulge in seclusion and tranquility here.

-1 pet max w/approval only. $75 pet fee.
*** Please do not attempt to invite undocumented guests to the property without permission. $100 fine per person/per night, for each guest past the max accomodations of 6. Neglect to abide by the max guest count could result in reservation termination, without refund and immediate eviction.***
💧HOT TUB & POOL💧
You are responsible for keeping an eye on the Hot Tub and Pool's well being. If the either are in need of service please contact me immediately. Do not wait. We want you and our future guests to be able to have a clean and functioning tub/pool upon arrival and throughout the stay. If extensive service is needed to the tub/pool after your departure you could be charged an additional fee plus cost of any damages to equipment that may occur. To help maintain tub/pool clarity and cleanliness, please shower before entering. The tub/pool is serviced weekly.
♨️ HOT TUB ♨️
The hot tub runs off propane. Guest are responsible for the cost of propane they use during their stay. It roughly burns 3 gallons per hour and it takes about 35 minutes to heat up. Currently the cost for gas is about $4 per gallon. Once you are done enjoying the tub, you will want to immediately turn OFF the heater so the gas does not continuously run. If you do not, you will run through a lot of gas and your bill will be substantially high. You will have direct access to the hot tubs control panel (located on kitchen counter) which features temperature control, spa light and pool light.
The propane tank's gauge will be documented both before and after your reservation. The documents and fees will be submitted/collected through airbnb's resolution center after your reservation is complete.

1 pet max @ $75 per pet, upon approval only. Pet guidelines to follow are stated in the property manual. Please bring their own bedding and toys for their comfort and needs. Groom your dog before arriving. Brushing their coat is permitted outside only. Keep their waste picked up at all times. Pet breed must be disclosed before booking.
♻️ TRASH ♻️
We have hired help to pull our trash bins to-and-from the street for trash pickup day. The bins will be brought down to the street on Sunday and returned back to the house on Monday (collection day). Please gather and dispose of your trash bags early Sunday morning, before our trash guy moves the bins.

Complimentary propane will be provided to our guests. Please use gas responsibly. Guests who leave the propane tanks left in the "open" position, leaving the tank empty, will be held accountable and subject to a $30 exchange fee.

Wash dishes or load the dishwasher and ensure the cycle has begun. You do not need to put the dishes away.
Gather used towels and start a load in the wash. 6 bath towels max.
Do not strip the beds.
Remove personal food items from the fridge and pantry.
Gather your trash and dispose of it in the outside garbage bin.
Dogs - walk the property and clean up any potty messes your dog left behind
Turn off the lights, AC units, fireplace & heaters. Unplug small appliances.
Close blinds & curtains.
Lock all doors & sliders.
Return key to lockbox (if using). Ensure front door is locked.
