The property is located on a wooded , naturally landscaped lot with a small access way into a shallow sandy bottom area of the lake. Wonderful views from the screen porch and kitchen looking out to Goose Island. There is a small dock that accommodate up to a 16 ft. shallow boat. This property is located in Braun Bay and the waterfront can get busy on weekends with boat traffic frequenting a nearby sand bar. Water depth is approximately 2 and a half feet at the end of the dock and can vary. There is a wall unit AC in the living room. Don't miss out on this great vacation spot. PLEASE NOTE: the loft is off limits and not to be accessed by guests.
