Enjoy stunning views from 305 at D Sands Condominiums! This privately owned, oceanfront condo is located 30 steps up on the top floor, with a balcony for taking in the view. It sleeps up to 4, with a King bed in the bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the living room. There's also a kitchen stocked with basic cookware for your convenience. Guests can access the beach from an easy staircase on the property, or they also can use the HOA-maintained pool and commercial grade Wi-Fi.
The Space:
Enjoy stunning views from 305 at D Sands Condominiums! This privately owned, oceanfront condo is located 30 steps up on the top floor, with a balcony for taking in the view. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
