This condo was decorated tastefully. It was easy to find & conveniently located to the beaches & shopping. The Host is super kind & generous. The furniture is comfortable except the hard wood kitchen chairs need padding.

property had no curb appeal, portions of fencing broken. Ants in the condo - especially on the counter which put a damper on cooking in the unit. The unit was not fully stocked as stated. only 2 dishwasher packs and no stopper in the sink to wash dishes. Did not have several basic kitchen items. I do not feel the property was inspected and approved before we checked in.

I'm so sorry you feel that way. The condo complex was under renovation, now the sidewalk and the fence are ready. We have a constant fight with ants, if the guest leaves food outside on the kitchen counter, especially in the rainy season, the ants always come. The kitchen has an 18-piece set of dishes, lots of glasses and plates, plastic boxes so you can take food to the beach. Laundry detergent for clothes, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, kitchen paper, toilet paper, cold water, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, napkins, dishwasher tablets, tissue, garbage bags were waiting for you and all our guests in the apartment. The kitchen is not equipped like my own apartment, but this is a short-term rental condo, most guests come for the beach and do not need to find a kitchen as equipped as where they live permanently.

We had a great time at the beach! The apartment was clean and spacious enough for all 5 of us! We liked how clean it was on the inside and how at home we felt. The apartment on the outside looked a little run down and we were unsure about the area but there were no problems with anyone. We will be coming back soon!
