Parking: There is a 1-car maximum for the limited gated parking lot. Any additional cars are welcome to use the complimentary street or rear parking. All parking is first-come, first-serve. Note: The parking lot entrance/exit is very narrow for some cars.

Please note, we have recently made improvements by adding sound insulation on the ceiling and walls as per feedback received from our guests. Also, we provide ear plugs and white noise machine in each loft to maximize guests' comfort and experience.

We are a small minority owned business. We support women owned small cleaning business and other local small businesses in Memphis.

A very enjoyable stay, the owners have really taken pride in making the rooms user friendly and easy to find/ use amenities. We have be traveling around the USA for 4 weeks now and this has been by far our best experience for accommodation overall. Springtime vacation

Very nice place, just like the pictures. Only complaint was we were on the first floor and our neighbors upstairs were very noisy late at night. Other than that would definitely recommend. If you book may want to try for the second floor.

Nice place to stay at

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was conveniently located close to downtown Memphis while being far enough. We walked to Sunrise 901 which is less than a block away. Even though the unit was clean, if you walked barefoot your feet got dirty. We had issues with the air conditioner on our first night, but we were able to fix it. If I’m ever around the Memphis area I will definitely consider staying again.

Great value for the price

Overall the apartment was very nice and conveniently located - a very easy drive to downtown/Beale Street. We also enjoyed walking around the immediate area and looking at the beautiful historic homes. We were a little concerned that there weren't enough parking spaces in the gated parking lot for all visitors. However, on the nights that we had to park in the back or on the street we didn't have any problems. We also loved that we could walk to the great breakfast place recommended by the host. Communication with the host was excellent. Slight negatives - the sofa wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom sink had almost no water pressure. But the shower water pressure was great, so really not a big deal. This property is an excellent value when comparing to a similarly priced hotel room.

Chic space

Don’t let the exterior of the apartments fool you’ The interior is completely remodeled and comfortable. I had excellent communication with the property manager. When I first checked in, it was very quiet. I drove to Beale Street. Unfortunately, when I returned, my neighbors had arrived. They were in noisy group, left at midnight, and I was relieved to get some sleep. However, the walls are fairly thin and I awoke at 3 AM to loud talking. I’m not one to complain on reviews. I had driven from Nashville and was ready for some good sleep. Other than that I would recommend this place.

Good for what we needed

Spent two nights here, had a little trouble getting in with the code provided. Called the owner and he fixed it right away. Great communication. Rental was clean, didn't use the kitchen, except the fridge, but seemed to have all the basics. Appreciated the water and snacks. The items I disliked were not things that can be fixed by calling, they were structural. Very low shower pressure, thin walls/ceiling, very uncomfortable couch. Also, hope you like a very firm bed. I used the cushion for the cot in the closet to soften my side up.
