Jason our host was great. VRBO accurately described condo……just know lots of stairs. Condo showing some wear.We could walk to some attractions. Go see Sun record Studios, Peobody historic hotel, Hu hotel with rooftop bar and seating, Bass Pro Shop Pyramid, and of course Graceland!!!A brewery, a deli and SunRecord Studios were in walking distance.We stopped at Silky O’Sullivans on Beale St…..nice outdoor courtyard. Had GOATS ..

Had a couple issues figuring out codes but Jason responded quickly. Only issue was that it wasn’t clean. It looked like the stairs weren’t swept(candy wrapper on one of the stairs) the Kuerg had mold growing on the edge in the water did not notice until the second day.

Great location, local vibe but close to ballpark, Beale st and Sun Studios. Great layout and very comfy beds and linens. Secure indoor parking was a great plus. Jason was very available and helpful.

This property was even better than described. The full garage made parking and unloading easy, and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and in perfect working order.The host was excellent—whenever I had a question, I received a quick and helpful response.The location was perfect for exploring Memphis. We had a wonderful time visiting the city, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Memphis.

This was a great property, very family friendly. It was clean lots with lots of sitting space. We really liked that it had a garage to pull into so that you could load and unload and go straight into the condo. We are a family of five and there are only two queen beds. Our two boys slept on the couches on the main floor and were fine. If you need to use the couches for sleep you will need sheets and blankets. The beds that were there, are very comfortable.While it does have curtains the front master bedroom gets a lot of light in through the window, if you need dark to sleep invest in a little travel sleep mask.Over all it was great, I recommend it, and would stay again!!

Overall the townhouse was amazing. And the location was walkable to Sun Studios, Aldi, and downtown. We are a walking family. This said, it did start feeling a bitg more sketchy after hours. But never felt unsafe.
