This one-of-a-kind townhouse sits on a quiet, colorful street that's unlike any other in DC. Only three blocks from the Metro (Yellow/Green) and Whole Foods. Ideal for quick access to sight-seeing (Walking Score: 99) or relaxing while you work remotely. The private backyard features a large couch and grill for barbeques.

This newly renovated two-floor historic townhouse features original hardwood floor and exposed brick. An 18-foot skylight bathes the open-floor living room in natural light. The space is fitted with a leather sofa & chair, a live-edge mango tree wood dining table, a 54" TV, record player, Bluetooth speakers, and HUE lights.

The master bedroom houses a queen size bed & 54" television, and the guest bedroom has a full size bed & desk perfect for working remotely. Streaming services include: HBO Max, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Hulu.

The second floor boasts a spa-like bathroom with rain showerhead, smart mirror, and brand new washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked full with designer cocktail ware, wine glasses, and any appliance you need to make a homecooked meal.

A large tree in the backyard provides shade for a soothing afternoon and at night, string lights light up the backyard, making it the perfect space to grill, enjoy a bottle of wine and listen to your favorite music through the portable Sonos speaker.

The owners live in the home and feature their personal belongings. They list the house only when travelling.

This was a great property. Very clean and well stocked. The location was great for walking to restaurants and bars or easy to grab a car to the Wharf, Federal Triangle, or other districts. The host was quick to respond and offered great information. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! We had an amazing time staying at the townhouse. Host very accommodating and communicative. Space great vibe, high end furniture and accessories. Location close to metro, shops, restaurants, cute & quiet street. Next time we are in DC we will definitely book this townhouse again!
