Welcome to our home located in Cape Coral Florida near canals, beaches, restaurants, biking, golf everything Florida has to offer. Beautiful Private Pool, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, new furnishings and bedding, house is newer also built in 2019, located in nice quiet neighborhood close to everything only 20 minutes to Punta Gorda Airport and 45 minutes to Fort Myers Airport. Cape Coral Beach is a 20 minute drive and tis home is surrounded by Canals that lead to the Gulf. Wi-Fi available.
