The modern Falcon Lodge is a comfortable and light-filled house in the well-known Kaprun with plenty of space and magnificent views of the beautiful mountains and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. The holiday apartment accommodates up to 8 people and is therefore ideal for the whole family or the perfect holiday with friends!



So there is no congestion in the bathroom in the morning, the holiday home has 2 modern bathrooms, the smaller bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet, the second and larger bathroom is equipped with bathtub and shower as well as double sink and toilet. In the kitchen, hobby cooks will be delighted with the good equipment. Shared meals directly at the large table with a view into the garden will remain in your memory long after your holiday.

The terrace with seating is covered. From the garden you have a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. Several parking spaces are available and a public children's playground is located very nearby. In just 150 metres you are at the ski bus stop, which takes you in winter to Maiskogel and the 3-K Bahn or directly to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier.

Location:

Kaprun is beautifully situated between Lake Zell and Kitzsteinhorn. Many bike trails and hiking paths await you here. Skiing is possible from autumn through to early summer. The Kitzsteinhorn Glacier is known for its snow reliability. For lovers of good food, après-ski and socialising, Kaprun offers a varied selection.



Leisure:

You can reach Kitzsteinhorn in summer and winter via the Kaprun Glacier Railway. The ski area is located at over 3000 m above sea level and stands for absolute skiing fun. If you would like to go sledging with the whole family, the family mountain Maiskogel with the Maisi Flitzer comes highly recommended!



In the Kaprun village area you will find the Sigmund Thun Gorge. The gorge is 320 m long and 32 m deep. In summer, walks through the gorge are possible, and in the evenings it is often beautifully illuminated. Mountain bike fans – beginners and professionals alike – can enjoy trails totalling 242 km. This includes four freeride trails right in Kaprun. And with the Krimml Waterfalls, there is a very special highlight for your dream holiday, as these waterfalls are the highest in Europe!
