Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Nice rental but something everyone should know..

This was a nice rental in that the furniture and linens were all very comfortable. The location is great. Quiet units. The location of the balcony is something to consider as it is directly next to a bird sanctuary that is loud and does not smell very good. Very slight view of ocean from balcony as well. The condo was very clean though and quiet as long as sliders were closed. Temperature in condo could get rather warm but ceiling fans were very helpful.

Great location

The condo was quiet and clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. There is a bird sanctuary right next to the balcony so it can get loud and smelly but we did not spend much time on the balcony. I would stay here again.

Updated well stocked Kitchen , nice size rooms, great pool and hot tub with gas barbecues … only negative problem is you do get an odor on the outside deck from the bird sanctuary next door

Enjoyable

Good location. Plenty of room for our 4 person family. There was a poor odor inside that seemed to come from the a/c ducts. Needs a few updates. Overall we had a wonderful time.
