The condo was clean, had a good layout, and was furnished with everything we needed. The mattresses were not the most comfortable but not horrible. The guest bedroom was always warm no matter what the AC was set to. The rest of the condo was very cool. The guest bedroom had a lot of light from the outside security lights and the thermostat was very bright. The chairs and wagon made beach trips very pleasant and easy.

Everything was exactly as mentioned in the listing. The check-in was very easy and the property manager was amazing! She kept us informed throughout the process and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent location and convenient! The waterpark was amazing as well!

Condo was very nice and a great location. Had AC problems in the front room. They did come out and check it but the problem was never resolved. We did enjoy the stay though. We had two other AC units, had to set a little lower and use ceiling fans to try to help lower the temp in the warm bedroom. They said they were going to replace the thermostat but it didn’t happen while we were there.

we sent out the a/c tech numerous times for you and every time he went the room was an extremely comfortable temperature (around 70 degrees). the thermostat was going to be changed out of precaution and was ordered, but unfortunately, was not in stock to do before your stay was over. we havent had issues reported since. good luck with your future rentals

The condo was perfect. Every room two decks loved sitting watching the boats no wind there. Watching the water park was fun watching. We went down the lazy river. Close to the beach restaurants stores. Love kitchen open to everything. We would come back here. Thank you so much.

Disliked: Communication, location
Every door in the property had an issue with locking and/or closing - seems like there must have been a few too many rowdy parties in it previously. There are no extra blankets and utensils are lacking, such as pizza cutters and scissors.

This condo was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the 2 balconies, the waterpark and how close all the restaurants were. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable Stay

Clean and awesome condo! Within walking distance to beach and many eateries along with water park and boat dock. We all wished we had booked more days here. Would recommend for family vacation.

The is property was a great location. The waterpark was hours of fun and a short walk to the beach with all the things you would need for fun at the beach including chairs, wagon, and beach toys. Would come again!

Great place for a family vacation

We couldn’t be happier with the location and amenities. The kids had a great time at the water park and the beach was only a quick two block walk. We rented a car, but ended up walking to restaurants every night. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation!

The property was clean and ready for us. There were some great extras - beach wagon, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds/linens were comfortable. We'd stay here again!

Great place

This was a great property. My family loved the water park and the beach which was only a couple blocks away. The beach wagon, chairs, and toys were an added bonus that made the beach days easy. Would highly recommend this property.
