Treasure the memories you’ll make at this Seashell condo, delightfully situated between the Intracoastal and the Gulf. The beach is just across the street and several local eateries are also within walking distance. Enjoy exploring the area with the provided beach gear, bikes, and paddleboards. You and your guests will also have access to incredible on-site amenities like a fishing dock, kayak launch, and a pool area overlooking the Intracoastal.

At home, the main living area provides a cozy spot to kick back after a day at the beach. A large smart TV allows you to keep up with your favorite series, and plenty of seating means everyone can convene to rehash the day’s exploits. An adjacent balcony provides a fantastic place to enjoy quiet conversations and soak up the salty air. Dining in is always an option with an updated kitchen fully equipped to create a family feast. After an afternoon basking in the sun and Gulf waters, you’ll love the convenience of having a private washer/dryer right off the kitchen. All beds are outfitted with cool gel memory foam mattresses.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, this community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It’s home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country.

Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.

This vacation home has several levels with stairs and no direct access to the condo from the garage.
There are stairs at the end of the property to access the front door, located on the second floor.
The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-Dog Hybrid.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
