Golf amenities are 5 minutes away as are restaurants, shopping, Publix or Ada’s, FSW, Barbara Mann Performing Arts Center and Health Park or Golisano Children’s Hospital. You are 20 mins to FM & Sanibel beaches and 15 minutes to downtown FM for nightlife, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. All-stay collected fees (electricity & water) to be pro-rated.
