LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN
The bright and cheerful living room offers a comfortable place to relax, complete with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Downstairs, you’ll find a functional galley kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, along with a dining table that seats six. The two-level layout provides separation between shared living spaces and private sleeping areas, giving your group both connection and comfort.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the inviting patio space, where you can dine under a lighted pergola or unwind around the unique gas fire pit. This outdoor area is perfect for relaxing evenings or casual meals after a day of exploring. A fenced dog run area is also available for your four-legged companions.

great location and everything you need, although we didnt use much of it except for making bfast. Neighbors dogs were a bit active the first night but quiet after that

Fruita, The Gateway

The residence is a bit dated but fulfilled our necessities. Fruita is a lovely town sitting on the edge Grand Valley. Our Host was on a mission to ensure our experience was bar none. If we lacked anything, they were set to jump on it. This location is within walking distance to downtown and surrounding restaurants.Reed park is just across the street and the host provides you with equipment to enjoy it all. There's a skate park taboo. There's also a shed to lock up your bikes when they weren't in use. For you adventure seekers, don't forget to check out Imondi Wake Zone.Can't wait to come back.

Great location

The best part of this property was the location -- close to City Market, the bike shop and Hot Tomatos, the best pizza in town. Very nice to have a separate shed to safely store and lock our bikes. Special shout-out to Mary at Visit Fruita who was so helpful when a last minute work trip had us reschedule our plans, and to Aly who helped us get checked in and was able to respond quickly to our request for an extension cord so we could enjoy the lights in the back yard with the fire pit.

This place is beautiful and extremely clean and crisp. I loved the kitchen / living room area as it was extremely cozy and perfect after playing outside during the day. The beds were comfortable, not to hard and not too soft.... just perfect for me. The host was really responsive. As a follow-up, I let them know that the neighbor doesn't turn off the outside light at night and it was brighter than preferred in one of the rooms and they were really appreciative to know that to correct it.

Unexpected Pleasure

Had no idea Fruita was such a cool little town. This property is within walking distance of a cute little downtown and minutes away from the Colorado National Monument. Comfortable, even with 98+ temps outside. I will come back!
