About this property
Intimate cabin for two near the entrance to the North Cascades - walk to shops
This private location is off the beaten path but right in the heart of the census designated location of Marblemount, Washington. Snuggle up with a toasty fire in the winter with the wood burning stove or catch an afternoon movie on the DISH subscribed television on a loveseat built for two. The heat pump will keep the cabin warm, even without the use of the fireplace in the winter time and cool in the summer.
Cook your own meals in a full kitchen complete with basic dishes and cookware, drip coffee pot and toaster. A full sized oven will fit a large pizza and the fridge/freezer will keep perishables while you shoot the rapids of the Skagit River right next door. Reheat leftovers with the microwave or on the stove from the local restaurants within walking distance out the front door.
Enjoy the open floor plan of this cozy cabin, perfect for a quick getaway in the Cascade Mountains. The queen sized four poster bed with effective black-out curtains will provide a comfortable night of sleep to hike the Cascade Pass by dawn. Inside the closet, store clothing or sit at the desk for a private space for video meetings.
Small clothing washer and dryer make this location uniquely situated for longer stays, as Marblemount lacks a public laundry. Detergent is provided, but please bring your own softener. The low entry on the shower is easy for those with mobility issues, like sore muscles after a steep climb during Larch Madness.
High speed fiber connected wifi will keep you connected. Take a meeting at noon after stand up paddle-boarding on Diablo Lake at daybreak. Keep in touch with loved ones, download a book or take in a movie with plenty of connection speed.
Approximately 2.5 hours from SeaTac, 20 minutes to Newhalem, 60 minutes to Cascade Pass trailhead, 35 minutes to North Cascades Institute, 20 minutes to the North Cascades Visitor Center

Wow, great location to the park. Loved walking to the two restaurants, Mondo and Upriver and drive thru coffee shop. By the way excellent coffee. Extremely quiet location. Also, Sagit river was close and loved seeing the fish jumping. Marblemount was a quaint location and would stay here again.
The property served our needs. It is dated & in need of a few minor repairs. Communication with the host was easy & seamless.

We had a great stay at this property! The home was exactly as described — clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super cozy. The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with shops and restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
Great proximity to the park, walking distance to a few restaurants, a general store and gas station. Loved the wood burning stove. Really enjoyed our stay.
Great location. Super close to National Park and 2 restaurants across the street.

Is more like a hut than a cabin and not in the woods either but rather behind a gas station!
Creepy feel to it. Only good thing is it was clean. Directions to find were horrible and not up to date on surroundings.

I'm so sorry you felt you had to leave an extreme review. If you had alerted me to any issues, I would have gladly responded with service and/or refund if necessary. While i take your feedback seriously, it's been weeks since your stay. I have been in and out of the house and there is only the smell of our cleaners. Our cabin is thoroughly cleaned, nearly 5x every week. Several guests have left 5 star reviews and glowing reports of cleanliness since your stay.
In the future, contact your host so any issues may be addressed in a timly manner, as any good guest would do. Thank you!
Cute cabin close to North Cascades. Perfect size for my husband and I and our little Doxie. Very convenient having washer and dryer inside the cabin. Thanks for providing necessary amenities including laundry detergent. No issues with WiFi. Restaurants, stores and post office are all walkable. And gas station is right there to fill up on your way out. Would stay again!

Nice and clean one bedroom Apr. Local Restaurants and gas stations are at site.
We enjoyed our stay at the Littke Cabin in the woods. The cabin is close to two good restaurants and only 15 miles to the entrance of North Cascades Mational Park. It’s equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
We loved our stay at this property. Finding it was not hard and it has Amazon location.

Why they chose this property
The cabin is surrounded by the meager offerings of the census designated location Marblemount, Washington. While the cabin is surrounded by mature trees, a short walk down the driveway reveals mountains! Located behind corner store Chom's Chevron and another home, the cabin is shielded from the noise of State Route 20. Park right next to, or in front of the cabin.
Walk a little further to start the day at the corner store or the coffee hut. Enjoy the local favorite Mondos, open seasonally or Upriver with seating to include your canine friends for lunch and dinner.
What makes this property unique
High speed internet, air conditioning, wood burning stove and central location make this quaint cabin convenient and cozy, simple and stocked with essentials.
