About this property

Holiday home for 2 guests with 40m² in Berlin (93001)

You are welcome in our small house in the city (10 minutes to the old town Spandau) and yet in the nature on the island Tiefwerder. The house with garden is located separately on the site of a former boatyard. We live next door in a house, and are quickly reachable for your needs. After the stroll through the city (Kudamm is 11 km away), relax on your own terrace or under the walnut tree. Let the day fade away during the barbecue. Please inform us before arrival special wishes, so that you can spend your holidays
to be able to enjoy.

As pets only dogs and cats are welcome!

Natur in Berlin

Das hübsche kleine Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön und ruhig gelegen an der Havel auf einer Halbinsel. Mit dem Bus ist man in 30 Minuten am Zoo in Berlin und kann von dort aus zu Fuss und mit der U-Bahn alle Ziele wunderbar erreichen. Für uns war die Unterkunft optimal und würden sie bei Bedarf gerne wieder buchen.

Naturschutzgebiet Spandau

Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindungen, sehr viel Natur zum Genießen, Nähe zum Wasser. Fantastisch eingerichtete Wohnung mit schöner Terasse, sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Ich würde sofort für das nächste Jahr wieder mieten.
